I had planned a happily ever after that hasn't taken place yet, perhaps that was my mistake.
Dear Readers,
For now, I am ending this story. Not because I didn't have any ideas, not because I don't have the time, but because it was misunderstood by the people closest to me. I now fear that no matter what the future chapters are, they will always be misunderstood and will end up ruining my personal relationships as well as myself.
I began this story hoping for it to be the ideal. Not the ideal book, not the ideal love story. My ideal, in terms of my life now and my life in the future. This book was not about Zain, despite it seeming so. It was about Carla, how she is seen by others, how she exists and how that impacts other people's lives. It's her story.
I couldn't have promised a happy ending, readers from my other book may know that I'm not the conventional type. But it hurts me that I leave this story with no ending at all.
Perhaps one day I'll come back to this, carry on where I left off and hope there will still be people here to read it which is why I'll republish this again. This note, as personal and weird for Wattpad as it may be, is also here for that reason. Writing is my life. My readers feel like my only supporters, as angry as I make some of you. So I plan to return.
Until then, whether you see me as Carla, as Dominic, or as just your Author, my advice to you is this: life is beautiful. It can be cruel and painful but your perspective and the way you live could make those things insignificant. You don't need talent or strength or wisdom to be able to look at a blue sky and appreciate how bright it is. Love your world.
