Yin and Yang.

Light and darkness.

Good and Evil.

Every superhero has a counter part. A sworn enemy. For Micah it was Icarus. Micah had been the protector of Demolition for over ten years, they started with small crimes such as stolen bikes, then helping solve mysteries with the police and soon preventing robberies and gang activity. Soon Micah became one of the most famous superheroes in town with their super strength and good looks.

Icarus was their polar opposite; Icarus was a super villain or so the people would say. He was behind one of the biggest gangs in Demolition. He would show up time to time to help out with robberies, kidnappings, and the occasional murders. The two have been fighting for control over the city neither one succeeding completely, no matter what Icarus tried Micah always had to try and save the day. All though Micah was a clever hero they were not perfect, those tiny flaws allowed Icarus to grow his gang. Bitter rivals to the end or so it seemed.

Icarus sat down on his couch with a disappointed sigh, he had planned out a whole mission and it succeeded with ease. You probably wonder why he was so disappointed; it was because Micah had not showed up at all during the robbery. Or the kidnapping of the bank owner. He hated to admit it, but he was becoming... worried was not the right word. Rather suspicious of his nemesis not being there to stop him, they could fight on for hours during those moments and make fun of each other. Without that the action almost seemed boring to him, those moments gave him some extra adrenaline.

He was surprised when he suddenly heard a knock on the front door around 1 am, he had been staying in the cabin outside of town ever since the robbery to take some time for himself. When he opened the door, he was more than surprised to find the hero standing there, they were completely covered in bruises shaking and most importantly they looked terrified. When their eyes met he recognised the dazed look in their eyes. They clearly had been drugged. "You look horrible." He said calmly looking down at them. "I didn't know where else to go." Replied the hero right before collapsing against Icarus his chest.
