Safety. Feeling safe, it is a precious thing and yet it is a privilege many ignore. To Micah it meant everything after all their job was literally to keep other's safe as a hero, yet they had never totally felt safe within the town. Always had the feeling someone was going to kill them or perhaps burn down the city all together. Micah had no idea why they had chosen to go to Icarus though, their brain was foggy and all they knew was they had to get to safety. Perhaps your biggest enemy was not the best option for that though.
Icarus had not a single clue what to do with the situation with his nemesis laying in his arms, "I could kill you" he muttered underneath his breath picking them up carrying them to the living room where he laid them down on the couch. The first thing he checked on was the hero their pulse and breathing, he had dealt with drug addicted members in his gang, so he knew what to do. Luckily they seemed to be doing fine expect for the overheating, he went to his bathroom getting a washcloth and making it wet.
He had been taking care of adult when they seemed to wake up, "You are dumb. You are aware of that?" he asked them as he stood up. "I know I know." Micah mumbled as they sat up only to be forced to lay down by the male, "So you know this is only temporarily, just because I'm helping you now doesn't mean I will not kill you." Icarus replied glaring at them before walking off to what seemed to be his kitchen leaving the hero on their own in the living room.
As Icarus left the room Micah decided to take a moment to look around the space, they had been to the cabin before but never been inside. The walls were covered in a light brown wallpaper all though some of it seemed to have been worn down, the room was filled with warm colours and cozy furniture with the couch facing a brick fireplace which lit up the room. For a so-called super villain Icarus had a good taste for interior design. Micah their thoughts were interrupted by Icarus his voice asking if they were thirsty, "Some water will be fine. Without poison please!" Micah replied smiling to themselves when they heard Icarus chuckling. "Why without? It will add some flavour to the water" the male entered the room handing them the glass of water.
"It's very kind of you to offer but no thank you." Micah responded glancing in the water glass double checking if it wasn't poisoned or anything, "For a superhero you're not very brave. It is just water" Icarus teasingly said noticing the suspicious look on Micah their face. "Ha ha. Very funny after the last time you tried to kill me" they shot right back before giving in to the thirst. They ended up drinking the entire glass of water and still feeling thirsty, "So are you going to tell me why you showed up to my doorstep in the middle of the night?" Icarus spoke up after a few minutes of silence between the two adults.
"You're not the only villain anymore in this city."
