Ranae hadn't talked to Colleen since that day, that it happened, but she finally came to her senses. Today was an important day for both of them. Including Penelope too. They were all going on a trip to the senior's home to perform for the seniors. It was their first and favorite dance that they ever learned when they came to this school, "He Wants it All". They brung their dance clothes and everything they needed. Ranae usually texts everyone to remind them to bring everything they need for tomorrow in case they forget, but she didn't text anyone last night so Colleen had to instead. Even though Ranae just ignored the message.

The club they were dancing with was The MultiCultural club, so all of its members were in Ms. Garbonzo's room rehearsing, talking, and getting ready for their depart. While Ranae was sitting on a desk all the way in the back of the room, swinging her legs back and forth looking at the ground. She watched Colleen talking up a storm to Penelope, who looked like she was about to fall asleep. Her thinking got her to put her feet on the ground and reach to where the rest were talking.

"Hey Coll". She said slurring her words. Colleen stifled a groan and finally spoke up.

"Hi."

"Look I'm sorry, ok?"

"For?" Penelope look confused.

"For blaming you," she shifted her body facing Colleen.

"You didn't blame me for anything. You had the right to be mad, at me too.I'm sorry for not telling you sooner actually, I just didn't know how to-"

"Stop," Ranae put her hands underneath her thighs as if not knowing what to do with them. "Let's just forget this all happened ok? I don't need another stupid situation splitting us apart again." And Toby. Penelope looked at both of them back and forth as if she encountered an alien from outer space.

"We'll explain later," Colleen said flicking her wrist. Ms. Garbonzo stood up clapping her hands as her long black skirt twirled.

"Alright, get all your stuff don't forget your clothes, and everything line up outside," she singsonged. They all flied out the room leaving the empty scent and dust behind.

The senior citizen home was about right across the street from their school, just one block down so they walked instead of taking the cheese bus. As they crossed the street, and walked along the cold and icy sidewalk, Penelope started the pushing game.

So basically, you have to push the person thats getting hurt or pushed the least to win. You win the game if you get the last push or if you get pushed the least. But you could never win because its the same thing as the goal! And with Penelope playing, nobody is going to win.

Penelope pushed Ranae to the gate almost falling herself by Colleen's strong force. Then, instead of Ranae pushing back Penelope, she turns around and shoves Colleen backwards. Only now when she tries to push Penelope back but fails because Penelope is too busy trying to get Colleen into the snow. The game stops when a tall man dressed in all black comes and passes them leaving a disembled look on his face. Ms. Garbonzo turns around passing a quick glance then continues walking. Penelope couldn't help but laugh, and so they all did. Ranae missed these times, when their relationship used to be quick and strong. But now, it was all... poopy.

Ranae walked inside the big glass building, and noticed it like she hadn't been here before. They followed the manager into a hallway that led to a lit room, only to find a small living room, filled with seniors looking amused waiting for an awesome show. They went to the bathroom and changed their clothes into their dance wear and fixed their makeup.

"Why do we need makeup for? Who are we trying to impress? Its a senior home." Ranae sounded fresh.

"We're not trying to impress anyone. We're looking good for ourselves," Colleen stated as she passed an eyeliner pencil to Penelope.

After a few performances and cheers, it was finally their time to shine. They got into their assigned spots struggling to fit in such a crowded, small, space but manages. "Smile," Colleen said to Ranae in her dance position. Ranae turned to her and gave her a pleased face. The music came on. Go time.

The performance went well and Ms. Garbonzo took them all to get fast food at Checkers for a treat. Ranae, Colleen and Penelope had no money, so they coudln't get anything.

"I would've brung money if I knew we were going to Checkers," said Penelope grumpily.

"I know right!" Ranae jumped in.

"Same," Colleen said looking bored.

They had returned safely, and Ms. Garbonzo dismissed them all back to their classes. Except for Ranae, Colleen and Penelope, she realized they didn't have anything to eat and offered to buy them chinese food from the kind woman she is. The only thing was when they had to sit and wait in her classroom for nearly a whole period waiting for the food. They sat there looking guilty because Ms. Garbonzo had to spend money on them.

Finally, it came. They had fried chicken, white rice, and broccoli with soy sauce, duck sauce, barbecue, and ketchup. But the only thing to worry about is that they had to wait so long for the food that Ms. Garbonzo's homeroom came in hovering all over their food asking for some like creeps. Ranae stuffed a big fat piece of fried chicken in her mouth looking occupied. Just then when it couldn't get any worse, Toby walked in. He noticed them, and went and stood in front of where Ranae was sitting. "Yall eatin' real good huh?" He said laughing. He talked with Ms. Garbonzo for a little, then left. Ranae almost choked.
"Oh my god, oh my god," she mustered gulping down ice tea. "I have to go, we have to go! We're gonna be late for homeroom!" She shut the plastic container hard, grabbed her stuff and rushed out of the classroom as fast as she could. Colleen and Penelope exchanged confused looks. "Next time let's stick with fast food." Colleen laughed.
