Myra panted heavily. Her body always was that type of weak that she couldn't even run straight for more than ten minutes. It felt like she was going to die for a second. She moved towards the bar to get water for herself and to calm her pounding heart.
She coughed slightly when the smell of smoke hit her nose. Her nose scrunched up in disgust and she looked at the source.
Her mouth went dry when her eyes fell on the guy who was smoking. He was terrifyingly scary looking, like even more than other scary Crimson brothers' she had seen today.
A frown fell over her features as she silently stared at his weird shape eyebrows and the scary scowl on his face.
A squeak left her mouth when suddenly he turned his head to look at her with an raised brow.
"You need something, kid?" He asked. Myra gulped. Victor always lacked emotions in his tone. But this scary dude just sounded plain rude.
"W-water." She mumbled with a stutter. Her heavy breathing in control now.
He rolled his eyes and told the bartender who hurried to hand her a glass of fresh and cold water.
"Thank you." She whispered in appreciation and moved forward towards the stool to sit.
She tried to sit on top of it but wasn't anywhere to be successful. He grumbled something under his breath and picked her up by her arm with one hand, before plopping her down on the stool.
Myra quietly sipped on her water and watched him in the corner of her eye. He was drinking beer and smoking at the same time.
"What's your name?" He asked in a gruff tone.
"Myra and you?"
"Hunter!" He said and took a long drag of his cigarette.
They didn't spoke afterwards. She just shifted on the stool to stare at the slightly crowded hall.
Her gaze fell on the triplets who were standing in the corner of the hall. They must felt her eyes on them because in next second, their head snapped towards her. They glared fiercely at her from across the hall making the small girl shrink back to herself and avoid their gazes.
"Why are they glaring at you?" Hunter's voice sounded heavy this time and she glanced at him to find his eyes fixed in Triplets direction.
"They don't like me." Myra whispered with a slight shrug.
"Why?" Hunter's curiosity grew and he stared at her face with a blank look.
"It's just- it's complicated." She rushed out.
Her eyes brightened when her gaze fell on Victor. He was also staring at her from across the hall. Almost like keeping an eye on her.
"Hunty Boy!" A cheery voice reached their ears.
Zack stepped towards them and placed a kiss on Hunter's cheek. The scary dude just rolled his eyes in return but his eyes were sure little sparkling.
"Aww my honeybubu! You are so cute!" Zack turned his attention at Myra and pinched her cheeks.
Myra blushed as Zack started cooing at her.
"Can we adopt her, Hunty please..." Zack pleaded. Hunter silently snorted and whispered something seductively in his ear making Zack turn beet red.
Myra giggled lightly and took her leave out of there silently.
A hour or so later, they made their way towards the venue and soon the ceremony started.
Myra was sitting in between Victor and Tristan in the second row. Max and Triplets were beside them.
Whenever Myra turned her head to glance at them, triplets would just narrow their eyes at her or glare fiercely at her without the care of world.
She just silently fixed her attention in the front. Myra watched the groom with interest flickering in his eyes. He was looking quite bored standing there. His eyes repeatedly checking his watch. She felt a weird tug in her heart just by looking at him.
"Vic! Whats his name?" Myra whispered-asked.
"Dominic! He is our father's cousin!" Victor revealed.
Myra with a slightly shocked look on her face, just nodded her head while sinking the information in. Her eyes refused to look away from him for some weird reason.
Myra stared at the Crimson brothers' who were standing near the front row. Their faces held the emotion that Myra wasn't able to decipher.
The orchestra began to play. In come the bridesmaids. Pearl and Annabella. In between them a small girl around her age. Myra felt her heart skip as she looked at her. She looked so familiar to her.
The bride was the next to enter. Myra craned her neck back to look.
With her arm linked with William's arm, she walked down the aisle. Her small smile was enough to lit up the faces of Crimson brothers'. Even Dominic seemed to be hypnotized at the way her innocent eyes stared at him.
Myra stared at this beautiful person in wonder. Her heart skipped a beat and she felt a sudden sense of familiarity.
William handed her slightly trembling hand in Dominic's hand with a warning look in his eyes.
A extreme silence fell over everywhere as the wedding couple recited their vows. Bride's voice was mesmerizing almost drawing Myra to her and soothing every fear and pain of her.
The crowd erupted in cheers when he kissed her lips passionately. The Crimson brothers' held back their sneer when he winked at them a smug look. William and Vincent just shook their heads.
Nora's eyes swept over the cheering crowd until they transfixed on someone. Her brows furrowed. Her smile slowly started vanishing.
Myra sucked a breath in and stared in her gray orbs with her own brown eyes. They held the eye-contact for few moments and then Nora decided to break it and turned her head in her husband's direction.
Myra and Nora's heart tugged at the same time when she did so.
Dominic grabbed Nora's hand in his and started taking her out from there for another grand photoshoot. Myra's eyes followed them.
