He dashed and quickly knocked Sasuke down and stabbed him with a kunai and dodged the puppet that was attacking him. Sasuke pulled out the kunai with a grimace that was hidden under his mask and activated his MS. (The Same MS abilities from 'Different Outcome')
He used Kamui once he felt him behind him and materialized only to miss the attacked and get punched away.
Sasori's puppets threw hundreds of shurikens to which Sakumo made shadow clones to help him counter them all. He threw a explosive tag at the puppets which blew most of them up when he felt his throat being grabbed as Sasuke used Kamui to get behind him and just as Sasuke was going to snap his neck a leaf-nin that was barely alive threw a kunai that his Sasuke in the leg which caused him to drop to the floor.
He pulled the kunai out and Sasori came and helped him up as Sakumo stood up and they watched as another squad of Konoha-Nin came out, Kagami Uchiha amongst them.
Kagami noted that Sasuke had the chakra of Izuna and another Uchiha. He didn't want to kill one of his own, but this was war so he would do what he has to do.
Sasuke used Kamui and transported himself and Sasori out but not before getting pierced by a kunai, when he read the tag on it the words are 'Flying Raijin'.
He was dying he realized, Sasori's tears fell on his face as she held him. He used his last minute of life to transport them back inside Suna before collapsing to the ground dead.
Sasori became a puppet and went rogue a month later.

"The leader of the Akatsuki can bring anyone you want back to life if you join, including your lover."
Those words made Sasori pause and after thinking she agreed.
Sasuke Uchiha came back to life that day and joined the Akatsuki with his lover.
