This One Shot is about the hanahaki disease. For everyone who doesn't know what it is here's an explanation. So this disease is a fictional one from east Asia. The affected one coughs petals. But the affected one dose this only when he/she/they/... suffer under one-sited love. The affected person dies when the other one doesn't reply (is that the right word?) the love. But the affected can remove it but most of them don't do it. You can read in the One Shot why. :D

I puted a picture of the flower aster (the one who sapnap coughs) here to. ^ Want to kill myself really badly right now so idk if another One Shot will be uplodet? anyways 

Sap PoV:

 "You made flowers grow in my lungs and, although they are beautiful, I cannot breathe." -Unknown

There he's standing. With her. Closely entwine. Happy. And I'm coughing more and more petals. Asters petals, it's a beautiful flower. Like him. I vomit often... Cough blood. And that all because i fucking love him. But he has a girlfriend. 

"Sapnap why did you stop streaming", asks Dream. "I have Hanahaki", I mumble. A short time it was silent in the room. "Who?", he asked. "Karl", I answered. "How long do you have to live" "Like a month" "Why you don't do something against it?" "I don't want to lose my feelings and memories with him" "Tell him" "He has her. She is beautiful, smart, talented and most importantly his girlfriend." "Will you tell him about your disease?" "Not yet. Probably when I only have a week or a few days left..." Clay nods. "Okay good night" "Good night" He stands up and leaves my room. 

"Hey, uhm could we talk", I ask Karl. "Sure", he answers with a smile. "I don't know how to start.", I gave him a little but sad sile. "What's wrong?", he looks worried. I turn away and vomit some asters. "N-nick?", Karl asks shocked. I sigh "I have Hanahaki" I turn back and smile sorrowful. "Who do you love?", he asks with  tears in his eyes. "You" I reply. He looks more shocked. "I'm sorry", I turn away and left him he shouldn't see how I die. 

Karl PoV:

He will die because of me. I start coughing. I smile. "Soon I will be by your side I promise..", I walk away. In a few months I promise..
