( yulette spent a lot of her childhood playing hopscotch with sofia; it was one of the reasons that yulette fell in love with her. it was those good memories that yulette tried to remember, not the bad ones. hopscotch was also what yulette thought her and sofia were going to do when she invited her to play, again; most of y'all know what happens next... )
NATURE!
( yulette had always been fascinated by nature, because of her father; one of her only memories of him, was him showing her the magic of nature. it honestly didn't feel real to yulette, considering the high levels of trauma she has gone through. it helped her focus on the good parts of her life )
SCHOOL!
( she really hates school, since people pick on her just for being... different; in yulette's opinion, its a step up from a bloody mess. at school, yulette tried not to speak much and avoids contact with others; that didn't make a different, though )
BEING RICH!
( yulette is often associated with her family's money. she tries to hide to fact that she is, but others seem to take advantage of it. they stereotype her for things she can't control, and she really hates it. sometimes, she wish she was born into another family )
ELL!
( she is a english language learner at hawkins middle, which means she doesn't know a lot of english. learning english was important to yulette, even though she was having a hard time understanding it; her teacher, Mrs. Solvane was trying her hardest to teach the young girl the language )
