"I knew it we we're being watched and followed!" I started to yell obsenities at the top of my lungs.
"Look, you didn't see his coming...you should have known they were but it's okay." Daven said softly
"NO IT'S NOT, A MAN JUST DIED BECAUSE OF ME AND NOW I'M BEYOND FUCKED." I screamed in reply
"Well, lets just leave."
"Fine."
We started the ship. As it started its flight I did something abnormal...
I pulled down my hood and took off my helmet. I tossed it carelessly to the side, and buried my face in my hands.
"Let's go to the gray jedi temple and meet master korda...Alpha plot a course to the temple." I sighed
"Of course alex..." Alpha replied
I sulked in my chair all the way to the temple. Then I realized it, I was sad for no reason. The jedi were alive...so was Daven and I, but it was wrong I was responsible for an innocent man's death. 'So what' I thought I've killed plenty of people, this was still wrong...those were wrong...
I was wrong...
"Alex.. I know you feel bad about that but don't. It was my decision and not your fault."
"Daven, do you know why I'm a bounty hunter and not a jedi?"
"Actually, no I've been trying to find out."
"Well, I was framed for killing a jedi master and I've been on the run. I was pardoned but now I'm essentially in the same thing again. If that never happened I would still be a jedi. I still use the force."
To demonstrate I lifted a protein bar off of the table and floated it to me.
" we have reached the planet, alex" Alpha chimed
"Well, I hope you start to feel better" Daven replied to my story.
"You go out I'm going to wait here and think." I grunted
I had no idea what was going on, why it was happening, or how.
"Alex we have a transmission coming through our channels"
"Play it alpha."
"Hello, Lucas it's me natalie. I know what your trying to do. You think you can just take down jabba the hutt right, or is he called objective hades. Anyway I set you up to kill his biggest supporter in senate. You didn't know that did you. well, if you want to escape him do as I say."
I picked up on the transmission
"You want him gone too."
"Yes, definitely."
"I will do it but we won't kill jabba. We'll just cripple his reign in coruscant and trap him on tatooine."
"Fine."
"See you soon"
I hit the dismiss transmission button. The details of my next target was showing up.
"Um, alex" Daven nervously yelled
"What!" I yelled back
"You might want to see this now!"
