Star Wars: This Sorrowful Life

...but others rise and turn to gold

I jumped from the ship's edge and hit he dirt with a satisfying crunch. I looked forward gazing toward the sky. There were sepratist and republic ships preparing to invade and claim control of the planet and the gray jedi holocrons.
"We have to warn korda and the others" Daven yelled
"On it" I speedily replied.

I booked it into the temple...hey had no idea what hells were decending apon them.
I yelled "RUN! Armies are here to invade the planet take everything or value and could harm the universe if it falls into the wrong hands. Get into as many ships as possible, now GO!"
People fled the temple as far away dropships landed on the surface. All the ships filled with people, knowledge, holocrons, weapons, and tools.
I had the ships blast off to a coodinate that was safe.
"Alex, it's me korda. What's happening?"
" This place is being invaded we have to go!"
"Wait I need to get the rest of the holocrons!"
"Get them now!"

Suddenly, an explosion erupted from the forest. Droids were pouring out from all sides. I drew my saber and blaster. We waited for an attack.
"Alpha, play some music."
"What should I play?"
"Hmmmm, something classical."
The droids broke their cease fire shooting lasers in all directions. I threw my sentry which deployed wih ease. The turret began blasting the elegant robots in to tiny bits of scrap metal. I charged at a large group slicing and chopping away, while blasting others with my pistol.

Daven slammed out of the sky vaporizing many droids with a single blow. I was instantly destroying them with my handcannon of a pistol. We had destroyed a landing force, there were definitely more coming. Marching in were clone troopers.
"You there! Who are you?!" One shouted
"I'm helping the gray jedi!"
"Then you must die!"
Every one drew weapons preparing for a fight. When a man yelled
"STOP!"
Everyone calmed down.
"Commander cody, what are you doing!"
"Neutralizing a threat general kenobi"
"Without orders!"
"I apologize it will not happen again."
The man turned to me
"Who are you?. I am obi-wan-kenobi"
"My name is alex, sir" I replied
"Sir? No need for formalities. Why are you here?"
"I'm helping the gray jedi." I replied carefully
"Ok, we're here to help."
"I already sent the people off away before the invasion began."
"Alright, men were are now defending this position until general skywalker and master yoda arrive!"

I walked away from the group to help master korda. He had a chest full of holocrons.
"How do I sneak these" he asked
"I know!"
I attached a cloak device to the chest and dragged it to my ship inconspicuously. We took to orbit and entered light speed traveling to the coodinates. I placed my feet on the dash, I noticed my helmet which had been discarded on the floor. I slowly picked it up as if it would explode. I rested it upon my head. I felt whole again.
"Well we saved the temple but..." master korda mumbled
"What?" I asked waiting to listen
"We have no home. No temple."
I knew a place. It was called firrerre. It was a beautiful planet with abandoned structures everywhere.
"I know a place..."

With that me and the rest of the gray jedi blasted of into the universe looking for a promised safe haven.
