Who are you

At an allyway in Monte Carlo-

It was night time here in Monte Carlo. It was loud as always. The honking of horns and people chattering and yelling. No one would even know if someone went missing which scares some people. People like Benjamin Vincent. He was just walking in an Allyway to get fresh air until he heard a bunch of yelling. Being a good guy he is, he runs to the noise and begins to ask frightened people questions.
"What happened!?"
"Where are you going!?"
"Why is everyone running and yelling!?"
He kept asking but people ignored him. He grabbed a lady's hand.
"What's happening? Why is everyone running."
He asked. The woman was crying trying to calm down.
"Th-here ar-re s-s-still people i-in there. Th-th-there's criminals. They have my son!" She yelled at the end. Ben felt bad for the lady.
"It's ok ma'am. Call the police and get out of here. Your son will be ok."
He reassured her. She wiped her tears and ran. He got inside the building and broke through some of the security stuff. It was a museum. (Kind of like the one in Zootopia.) He heard someone coming and he hid in a rather large corner in the shadows. He heard the footsteps getting closer but he just stood still hoping they wouldn't see them. It stopped and he heard a thud. He was confused so he looked out of the corner and saw two foot clan ninjas on the ground tied up. The stuff they were wrapped in was glittery blue ropenwith yin and yang symbols on it.
'Weird.'
He thought. He went farther into the place. He was about to walk into a room but as soon as he got his head in he quickly took it back out. There were tied up people in there with foot soldiers. He put his back on the wall breathing heavily. He was struggling to get his phone from his pocket but eventually got it but he was a little shakey getting his camera to open. He looked back in making sure no one saw him. He started recording...
"Why are we here."
One said.
"Because Master Shredder was told by someone and some other friends that there's more trouble we should be worried about." Another said.
"So we have to deal with more people like those mutant turtles!?"
"Shhh! And yes except they seem to be better."
"Hah! Yeah totally."
The first one said shaking their head. He was so confused and into the whole situation that he didn't even notice his mom calling him. He went back and covered his mouth. He could hear the muffled yelling and the foot footsteps. Suddenly the lights flickered off. He tried to record again. The two foot ninjas turned on some lights. But right after something came down from above and knocked them out. They must have been hiding behind some of the statues. More ninjas came but the figures from above kicked their asses like it was nothing. It then went completely dark. There were some couple sighs of relief, screaming and some chattering. Ben went into the room now.
"Did you see them?"
"No but they seemed to be big strong women."
"Do you think those are the ones that saved New York!"
"Maybe. That seemed to be way to easy for them."
"It looks like they took the vents to the roof." People were talking about what they just witnessed and pointing at the ceiling. The lights flickered back on.
"Everyone get out of the building! There might be foot atound still! Go!"
Ben yelled out loud so everyone could hear him. They all ran out of the building listening to the strange man. He was behind them all making sure no one was left behind. He looked down at one of the artifacts and found the foot ninjas tied up around the edges of it with the same rope he saw with the other two down there.
