It was the day after you got really drunk and woke up with a massive headache but you remembered that you have practice so you rolled out of bed and had gotten ready you had taken water and paracetamol with you because you were in a rush
When you got there you were just in time for practice quickly got a water bottle out and had my paracetamol because I was about to throw up but I didn't
"What's up with you"Phil asked "hungover" " ohhh your gonna get into well shit you know Gareth doesn't like us hungover when it's training" "forgot" I said he just laughed it off
We had started practice and ended up messing around but half the time we were being serious but at the end we all went to the pool that's in the camp I got changed into and England bikini that the boys got me last Christmas got changed into that half of them ended getting wet but someone hit me with a water balloon in the back of my neck
After all that we just chilled out for a bit before going to bed
