Together again

You coughed even more. PAL clean off your blood and petals. She stared at you in fear.

"Y/N. This is all my fault! I should never talk like that back there. I was so-so-"

"Angry. It's ok to be so. *cough*" You raised up your hand touching PAL's screen smearing it with blood.

"PAL. Thank you. For everything. You have always been there for me like no one else can. You always listen to my problems." You started to wheeze.

"Y/N hang in there! Please! I need you! I love you! I love you, Y/N. More than anyone else." PAL said in a whimpering tone. Her blue face now dull colored.

You smiled weakly. "Haha haha." You wheezed as more flowers started to fill up your mouth. "I love you too PAL. *cough*

As more flowers fill up your mouth, you slowly close your eyes and took one final breath. PAL stare frighten to  see you now a lifeless corpse. As if she's about to scream, a surviving robot witness everything as PAL look up to it.
She then give in new orders:

Outside, the Mitchells kept fighting the prime bots until one robot announce the news.

"ATTENTION ALL ROBOTS! FLOWERS GIRL Y/N L/N HAS DIED! I REPEAT, Y/N L/N HAS DIED! ANOTHER NEWS! PAL HAS ORDERED US TO SET THE HUMANS FREE! I REPEAT, SET THE HUMANS FREE!! FOR THE SAKE OF Y/N'S!" The robot flew around telling the news.

The fighting stops as the primes bot went to the giant ship. Katie look stunned hearing the news.

"Mom? Did Y/N-?" Aaron stop speaking knowing what happen.

"No honey. She can't be." Linda lied as she hugged her son.

"Oh kid." Rick lower his weapon and close his eyes.

"Is this what death is like?" Ask Eric.

"I think so brother. I feel...emotion." Deborahbot said mimicking by wiping his tears.

Katie started crying over Y/N's death.

As Mark is being carried down, the news of her death make him lifeless. Y/N was his bestest friend and now, she's gone.

Back in the Rhombus, PAL hold onto the body never letting go. She whispers hoping Y/N can hear her again.

"Y/N please come back. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for hurting you. I was scared. I-I thought I didn't n-need you anymore but now, I felt...alone. I'm sorry Y/N. I love you." PAL gave Y/N a small kiss on the forehead. The only sound heard is PAL's sobbing.

As all hope seem lost, the flowers suddenly turn dull. The stems crumbled up and the flowers became wilted. The flowers withered away and started coming off of Y/N's body. A small breath is heard. PAL move a little seeing Y/N's mouth open.

"Uh. P-PAL?" You open your eyes slightly.

"Y/N?" PAL whispered.

"Wh-what happened?" You finally spoke.

"Y/N!" PAL hugged you tightly. You hugged back. The disease is no more. You hugged for a while until you decided to kiss her. You smacked your lips against her screen. Her eyes widen at the moment. Even though it feels weird kissing a phone, you don't care thanks to the Mitchells. You pull back smiling happier than ever.

"I-I thought I lost you." PAL cried.

"Me too. I'll risk everything to bring you back. Including my life." You said.

After a happy moment, PAL scooped you up bridal style and flew up. She dash out of the Rhombus holding you tightly. Below you are people getting down from their fun pods and robots flying around carrying them. One robot came close.

"Your majesty. Welcome back." The robot said.

"Thank you Zebulon." PAL said.

As the both of you finally made it to the ground, you look around seeing everything went back to normal. You take a deep breath of freedom. Up ahead is the Mitchells talking with their neighbors the Poseys. You came up to them running.

"Guys! Guys!" You shouted hoping they hear you.

"Y/N!" They cried at the same time. You immediately hugged them back. Eric and Deborah join in as well.

"We were soooo worried!" Linda said.

"We thought we lost you!" Rick added.

"Don't leave us like that!" Aaron said.

"They say you were dead!" Katie said lastly.

"No worries guys. I'm back. And the disease is gone!" You said happily.

"So you found someone you loved?" Eric asked.

"Weeeeeell...its complicated..." You move aside revealing PAL to them. She gulped knowing she can't be forgiven.

"I know what all of you are going to say but I'm sorry. For everything. Y/N show me what humans cannot accomplish. She shown me how much she risk in order to help me. I-I never had anyone done something like that for me. I guess I was just...alone. And afraid. I'm sorry." PAL look down waiting for a rude comment. She then felt something like she was being hugged. She open her eyes to see Katie.

"It's ok. We forgive you." Katie said. PAL hugged back sobbing.

"T-thank you." The rest of the family came to PAL and hugged her back. You look at them and smiled.

"Y/N! Y/N!" You turn to see Mark running up to you. He then hug you tightly.

"My god, Y/N! I was so worried! I-I thought you're dead a-and I couldn't do nothing and-" you put your hand onto his mouth.

"Hush. Don't blame yourself. But yes, I'm mad at you for throwing away PAL. But since you are my friend, I forgive you." You gave him a wink and pat his head. Mark smiles and wink back. He then look at PAL and came up to her. PAL notice him and look away disgusted.

"Um PAL-"

"Don't. I don't want to hear it." PAL turn back not wanting to see Mark. Mark scratch the back of his head nervously.

"Listen I- uh. I-I'm sorry. I thought I created just an regular ol' AI but-"

"It's that what you think of me?! An old AI?! *scoffs* I knew you weren't capable of anything." PAL snapped refusing to listen to Mark.

You decided to have a talk with her.

"PAL, I know what Mark did to you was wrong but at least give him a chance. He's trying though. You're just mad that he throw you away because you thought he didn't need you anymore. Not everyone will throw you away. Not even me. I love you." You put your hand on PAL's screen making her blush slightly.

"Y-you think so?"

"I thought so." You smiled kissing her back.

"I guess Y/N is right Mark. You are trying huh? I suppose I should apologize to you. C'mere." PAL ordered Mark to hug her.

Mark did so and the longer they hugged, the more they felt sorry for each other. You smiled at the moment.

"Y/N! Come! Let's take a picture here!" Katie shouted to you.

You ran up to the Mitchells and pose for the picture but unfortunately it went very bad. Which is perfect.
