The sound of steady footsteps echoed through the halls of the Hero Public Safety Commission's headquarters. As soon as superpowers began to emerge, society searched for stability and the arrival of the age of heroes gave the people hope for a brighter future. To keep said heroes legalized and under surveillance, the Hero Public Safety Commission was built to maintain the costumed powered peace seekers within the ideals of heroism and justice.
Returning to the calm stride, it finally halted as the owner of the walk reaches the office door of the HPSC's president. The figure looked towards the secretary that sat behind her desk for confirmation, the worker presses a button under her desk causing a loud beep to erupt from the door. Proceeding forward, the figure enters the door and shuts it politely, turning its attention to the only other person in the room. It was an older man with white hair but his face continued to stay smooth. His black suit, tie, and glasses gave him an authoritative aura but the gentle look on his face said otherwise.
President: Ah, I see you finally arrived. Welcome back, Lady Nagant.
The now revealed pro heroine stood before the president of the HPSC in her hero attire which consisted of a simple black bodysuit with two dark green armor platings under her chest along with matching knee guards. Her dark blue and pink two-tone hair were tied into a high ponytail. Her suit didn't incorporate any sleeves as it aided her deadly quirk.
Kaina Tsutsumi : AKA : Lady Nagant Quirk : Rifle : Allows her to extend a rifle from her right elbow. She can extend a tendril from her rifle that she can curl up to form a scope. She can create various types of bullets, such as hollow-point bullets and curving bullets, from her hair by twisting and molding her bi-colored locks like epoxy putty and hardening them to be as strong as any ammo. The range of her rifle fire is three kilometers or 1.85 miles.
