-Patrick's POV-

I woke up and saw Avery sleeping peacefully in my arms. I pulled her closer and kissed her hair. She stirred in my arms and she pulled her head out of my chest, smiling up at me.

"Good morning Av." I leaned in a kissed her on the lips.

She kissed me back and smiled, "Good morning Pat."

I rolled my eyes at the ridiculous nickname but it was cute coming from her lips. Then the sound of the guys arguing sounded from the back of the bus.

I groaned and rolled towards the edge of the bunk. Little did I know I rolled too far and landed on the floor. "Ow." I rubbed my right shoulder and got back onto my feet.

"Are you okay?" Avery hopped to her feet as she got out of the bunk.

"Yeah i'm fine." The pain faded quickly and I knew that the bruise that was there a second ago was already gone.

I grabbed her hand and led her to the back room.

"I SWEAR I WILL DRIVE A STAKE THROUGH YOUR FUCKING HEART IF YOU SAY THAT AGAIN!" Pete yelled and he flashed his teeth at Joe and Andy who were hysterical laughing on the ground.

"Aw come on Peter Panda you have to admit that nickname is kind of cute." Andy said, through his giggles.

I giggled and Pete turned and bared his teeth at me, then he suddenly retracted his fangs when he noticed that Avery was standing next to me.

I felt her hand let go and I turned my head only to see her pale white face, paler than Pete's face, and her hand covered her mouth as she gasped.

"Avery..." I put my hand out to pull her into a hug, but she retaliated and stumbled back, her back pressed against the wall.

"Av. It's okay." I said in a calm voice.

"What are you?" I followed her gaze and it landed on Pete and the others.

Andy and Joe jumped to their feet and put their hands up as if to say, 'we mean you no harm.'

"Let me explain." I said, as I turned back to her.

"Okay explain to me why the fuck Pete has fangs!" she yelled, as she threw her hands up in the air.

"Okay, look we were in this hotel in New York City, but little did we know the whole hotel was ran by vampires and we," Pete gestured to himself and Joe, "we were the hotel bar and we were drugged and then bitten. I can honestly say when we woke up the next morning, we were vampires."

"Ok. So are you a vampire also?" She turned her attention to Andy who was fiddling with his thumbs.

"I am like a vampire but i'm human, well an immortal. I don't need blood to survive. I need this," he held up his water bottle that was filled with what looked like fruit punch, "It's called elixir. It gave me the power of immortality and it also granted me with the ability to manipulate the elements and the power of manifestation." He held out his hand and a block of wood was immediately in the palm of his hand. He closed his eyes and whispered then the wood caught on fire. Then I felt a strong breeze blew around the room and blew out the flame. Then the sweet scents of nature filled the air and it calmed me down immediately.

I looked at Avery who was staring wide eyed at Andy. "I don't believe it." I heard her whisper.

"So the markings on your arms, those aren't ordinary tattoos?" She asked as she slowly made her way towards Andy, and I watched her trace her fingers lightly over his markings.
