- Third persons pov - (TW; Experiments and wholesome moments between Will and Mike) and some memories from before the science lab.
"Hey mama?" William glanced down at Michael, who was laying on his lap as he worked on a few things on his computer. "Yes Mike?" The man replied, "Who was mommy calling?" Mike questioned curiously, sitting up and turned to face his father. "What do you mean?" William narrowed his eyes, he knew Rosie called different people, such as her work friends, her sister or her father. Had she called someone new?

Michael stiffened slightly, he didn't know who his mother was calling but it involved him, and the thought made him slightly worry. "Well. . .she said it was something about me. I don't know what mama." He mumbled, lowering his head. "Hey don't worry about it buddy, whatever it was. I promise I will protect you." William soothed, hugging his son gently. Michael happily hugged his father back. Smiling. "Promise?" He asked, William smiled gently. "Promise." He chuckled lightheartedly.

"Wanna help 'mama' with his work?" William asked, Michael nodded excitedly. He always loved his father's jobs, and hoped that one day, he would be just like him. . .

- Memory 1 -
Michael was laying in the corner of a white room, there was a metal table with tools and many scientific things. His shoulders ached with pain, same with his head and neck. He only had his foxy plushie. The plushie that his father gave him. Tears formed at the corners of his eyes. The scientists had made his blind eye worse, and it scared him. He curled up into a ball, but only felt more pain. He could barely move his neck, thanks to a collar that was on there. 'You said you promise you would protect me. But then again. . .you were being held back. I don't blame you mama.' He thought,

"Heya kid!" A strange glitchy voice rose from somewhere else, it made him lift up his head slightly. He saw a yellowish green rabbit that was glitching just floating there, "H - Huh. . .?" He rasped, as he shakily stood up. Holding his fox plush close to his chest. "Don't worry! I'm not gonna hurt ya. But what's your name kid?" The rabbit asked, he seemed friendly. "U - Uh. . .Michael. . .a - Afton. . ." Michael rasped quietly, the rabbit stared at him with surprise but quickly shook himself. "I'm GlitchTrap." GlitchTrap grinned a bit, as if he was trying to lighten up the mood.

Michael just stared for a moment before pressing himself against the wall, "How did you get in here?" The glitch suddenly asked, his purple eyes rounded with worry and sympathy. The small afton blinked slowly, before glancing down. "It - It was scary. . ." He whimpered,

- Memory 2 -
Michael ran into the back from where William was in the middle of building SpringBonnie, "Mama! Mama!" William turned towards Michael and placed the blueprint away, he then crouched onto his knees. "Heya buddy. How was school today?" William smiled gently, Michael's eyes were shining with excitement and joy. "I made a new friend!" He replied, he was also holding a reddish pink rabbit plushie. "Oh? What's their name?" William asked, Michael started to try and remember his new friend's name, but in the process, he accidentally smacked his father's face with his plushie.

"His name is Jayden!" He replied at last, William smiled. Of course, Michael wasn't aware of Jayden being a bully though. But hey, he didn't care nor knew. "I see, well, I'm glad you made a new friend." William began, "Maybe someday you could invite him over for a play date." He said, Michael tilted his head to one side. "What's a play date?" He Asked, William chuckled gently. "You will understand later. But for now, get changed into clothes you don't mind getting dirty." William ordered gently, that's when Michael remembered that he was gonna help his father. "Okay Mama!" Michael smiled and ran out of the back room towards the bathroom.

William laughed softly, before sighing. "That kid is gonna be the death of me if he keeps being so adorable." He mumbled, his voice was filled with amusement. . .

- Memory 2 End -
GlitchTrap teleported next to the little boy, "M - Mommy. . .put me in here. I - I think?. . ." He mumbled, glancing at the rabbit, who stared at him with concern and sympathy. "Ah I see. It will be okay, I promise! As long we are together." GlitchTrap grinned, Michael blinked, startled. "We?" He blinked again, as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing. The glitch noticed this and chuckled awkwardly, scratching the back of his head. "Sorry kid. It's a habit of mine." He explained simply. Michael didn't respond, instead, he only nodded slowly.
