I woke up the next morning relaxed. Klaus wasn't next to me again. You know one of  these days I want to just wake up next to him even though we aren't together....don't judge me he's comfortable.

When I finished getting ready for my day, {Outfit at the top} I went downstairs and grabbed a blood bag out the fridge. Elijah wasn't here either, I hope they aren't somewhere trying to kill each other again. I really wanted to talk to Elijah about me and Klaus. He was so hurt last night, I could see it in his face. I never meant to hurt Elijah, but I also never meant to fall for his brother.

I decided to just eat a nice breakfast and drink 3-5 blood bags....I am a ripper I can't stop drinking. I've been laying down watching tv all day. When I woke up it's was around 10am, when I looked back at the clock after watching 4 seasons of Criminal Minds it was 7pm.

Damn a perfect outfit wasted.

As soon as I turned off the Tv Elijah and Klaus walked inside. "Well hello boy's welcome back home." I smile and walk towards them.

"AnnaBella, it's lovely to see you as always." Elijah smiles and walks away.

I sighed and looked at Klaus. "He hates me."

Klaus walks over and grabs my hands. "He'll get over it little love." He kiss my forehead and I smile.

"Did you just call me 'little love'?" I grab his hands and swing my arms.

"I have all types of names for you, Little Love, Little Sweetheart, Little Vampire, Little Bella." We laugh and I cover his mouth.

"Okay I get it, I get it. I'm a little everything." I smile and look into those beautiful blue eyes. "I miss us."

"I miss us as well." He grabs my face and kisses me.

I wrap my arms around his neck and he speeds us over to the nearest wall, before anything can escalate my phone rings.

I answer it without checking caller ID as Klaus kisses my neck. "Hello." I try to move Klaus but he smirks and kisses lower. I bit my lip to keep in the moan.

"I need you Bella, It's my dad....something happened." Care said with a worried tone.

I push Klaus back hard and runs to grab my keys. "Where are you? I'm on my way."

"The hospital please hurry Bella." She hangs up and I put my keys down.

"Guess I'll run there." When I got to the door Klaus stops me. "Can you move please, Caroline needs me."

"I heard, but before you go. Elijah has planned a dinner with us and your brothers, I want you to attend." His finger traces down my arm and I shiver to his touch.

"I don't know Nik, I haven't seen Stefan since the whole car thing and if I see him I might kill him." I roll my eyes and groan.

"Please love, for me." He gives me puppy dog eyes.

"Don't you dare do that." I look away from him. "I'm not giving in."

He turns my head back towards him and kisses my lips softly, then pulls away and pout. "Please."

"Bloody hell." I scoff and roll my eyes. "Fine, just call or text me before they come so I can change." I roll my eyes and he smirks and kisses me again.

He pulls away and looks into my eyes. "Always."

"And Forever." I smile and kiss him then I vamp speed away. Once I arrived to the hospital I seen Elena walk into the room where Bill and Caroline was so I followed her in.

"I called your mom." I heard Lena say.

"Thanks." Care says then she see's me. "Thank god you made it." She rushed over and hugged me. "Thanks for Coming."

"I'll always be here Care." I hug her back then let go. "Hey Lena, Hey Mr.Forbes."

"Dad this Annabella, she use to be a witch but she got turned into a vampire." Care said walking over to her dad.

"Nice to meet you." I reach out to shake his hand, but he looks away. "Rude." I mumbled and dropped my hand.

"He doesn't really like vampires." She said glaring at her father.

"Um, Mr. Forbes, did you see your attacker?" Elena asked changing the conversation.

"I didn't see anything. Tried to sneak out the back exit and someone came up from behind." Bill explained.

"Look, we'll figure this out, but in the mean time we need to get you some blood." Care said as she walks towards the door.

"I'm not going to drink any blood." He said and she turned around hurt by his words.

"You have to. You died with vampire blood in your system. If you don't feed and finish the transition into a vampire then you'll die." Elena said trying to convince the stubborn man.

"She's right. I never wanted to be a vampire, this was forced on me by the man that I love." I sighed and step closer to Bill. "I'm a ripper, that means I drink and drink until I rip someone's head clean off their body, which is honestly not bad I mean it sounds awful and I should probably feel bad but I do-" I was cut of by Caroline clearing her throat. I look up at her and she's sending daggers into my eyes the way she's glaring at me. "Um, what's that mom....the eggs are green....I should probably go and..." I run out the room and sit in a chair a few doors down and I listen to what they say.

"Ignore her." She rolls her eyes and looks at her dad. "Please daddy, you have to drink the blood so you can survive." She pleaded.

"I understand how it works. And  I'm prepared to die. Now get me out of this hospital. I smell blood everywhere." He walks out and Care and Elena follows behind and I walk towards them. Before I can say anything someone text me.

"My 🖤"

"Come home now love,  their almost here."

I sigh and look back at Care. "I'm sorry about what I said, but I have to go." I hug Caroline tight. "I'll come over tonight call me if anything else changes." I let go and she smiles at me.

"You're a great friend, thanks for always being here." She said and I smile back at her.

"I'll always be here Caroline, every step of the way." I kiss her cheek and Vamp speed away.

~Time Skip~

Once I arrived to the house I went up to the room me and Klaus shared and flopped down on bed. I'm so not ready for tonight, I hope we can all have a nice loving dinner without any fuck ups. Is that to much to ask for.
