will the ache of your absence ever cease?
my soul still feels your presence
down into my depths,
your words linger
echoing into my fiery chambers
caressing every portion of your
vulnerabilities.
your heartbeat pulses through my
veins
as i breathe in your resolve.
i ache to feel your embrace
as you hold the deepest portions of
me.
allow me to kiss away your pain
as convictions dissolve and chains
release.
let me taste your beautiful soul
again,
fully allowing healing to saturate
your being.
our last shared words will not
leave me.
the distress; the pain
how my heart aches for your own
you entered my world so
unexpectedly.
never realizing how badly i needed
you.
please — come to me
let me wrap myself around you
hold you so tightly
breathe my love into every fiber
you own,
so i can remind you
again and again,
that i can't let go.
