Chapter 20

(⚠️Gun Violence⚠️)

That's when Ni-ki and Heeseung whipped out their guns from their back pockets as Sunoo hid behind them 100% terrified of the situation he was in.

That's when the guns started firing and the final battle begun.

Sunoo ran off and hid while he watched Ni-ki and Heeseung having a gun down with Mr.Nishimura.

That's when it happened. Ni-ki got shot.

Once in the leg and once in the waist/hip.

While Heeseung got shot right against the shoulder and in the arm as he was on the floor. Not willing to accept defeat.

That's when Sunoo knew he had to do something and quick before anything else happens.

The turned around to find what seems to be an old bow and arrow which he immediately picked up as Mr. Nishimura had his eyes on Ni-ki and forgot that Sunoo was also with them.

"This is what you get for disobeying me Riki"

"Now I sadly have to end you. Just like I did to your so what called mother"

As he was about to pull the trigger the old man felt a sting in his back as he saw blood start oozing out of his stomach.

That's right Sunoo had a direct hit and impaled him completely causing him to fall on the floor lifeless.

"Don't talk about Ni-ki's mother like that" Sunoo said before dropping the bow and arrow as he approached Ni-ki and Heeseung to check if they were ok.

"I didn't know you could use a bow and arrow" Ni-ki said impressed on what Sunoo just did.

"I took archery as a kid" Sunoo responded helping the both of them stand as the officers then entered the courtyard and surrounded Ni-ki's father.

That's when Heeseung managed to walk since his legs were unharmed while Ni-ki used Sunoo as a cane but pulled Sunoo into a tight hug now knowing that they were both out of danger,

Hopefully.

"The ambulance should be here soon Ni-ki don't worry" Sunoo reassured as he brushed Ni-Ki's hair out of his face as he placed as soft kiss on his cheek which calmed Ni-ki down a lot.

"Sunoo your neck is still heavily bleeding. Please wrap something around it"

Sunoo ripped off a bit of his shirt sleeve and wrapped it around his neck to prevent anymore bleeding as he ripped off the other sleeve and put it around Ni-ki's leg as Ni-ki did the same just around his waist. As they once again hugged each other as Heeseung turned away and gave them their moment.

But this story is not over yet.

A small groan was heard in the distance as Mr.Nishimura weakly pointing the gun at Ni-ki and said quietly and weakly.

"If I go down.... You go with me" and that's when it happened, he shot the bullet while aiming for Ni-ki. But the bullet in fact did not hit Ni-ki.

The truth is. As the two were in mid hug, the bullet was shot. But Sunoo saw before hand and turned Ni-ki around so that the bullet would hit him first.

The shot made a loud bang as everyone jumped in shock as they see Mr.Nishimura's body now completely lifeless on the cold stoned ground as everyone then turned in shocked to see Sunoo lying on Ni-ki's lap as Ni-ki was crying his eyes out while Heeseung came to comfort him.

And that's when the clock struck 12

"S-Sunoo?? Baby??" Ni-ki stuttered out his lovers name as Sunoo lay there on Ni-ki's lap while weakly trying to gasp for air.

His asthma didn't do him any good either but he's trying. He trying to stay with Ni-ki, he's trying to stay with his loved ones and most importantly.... He's trying to make this story a happy one.

"Ni-ki...." Sunoo started speaking as he tightly gripped onto Ni-Ki's hand, while desperately trying to take a last glance at Ni-ki.

"I-I don't t-think I can do this a-anymore"

"P-Please don't say that. Please stay strong. I can't afford loosing you.... Your the only family I have left" Ni-ki sobbed while hugging Sunoo close as he saw his lover slowly dying in-front of him.

"I w-will fight for you Ni-ki.  I-I don't k-know how much longer I c-can keep this up for though,"

"I-I promise I w-will always b-be with y-you n-no matter where y-you g-go" Sunoo weakly spoke as Ni-ki held Sunoo's back to prevent him loosing anymore blood as he caressed his lover tightly as the sounds of police sirens were heard in the far distance.

"Ambulance are coming Ni-ki. Please stay strong Sunoo. You'll live" Heeseung spoke worriedly as he helped Ni-ki stop the bleeding for a bit as the rest took Sunoo to the front of the warehouse.

At this point Sunoo's neck was bleeding along with his back. He was loosing way too much blood. At least 45% of it by now.

"Please hang in there baby. I c-cant live without you" Ni-ki plead as Sunoo slowly closed his and rested on Ni-ki's shoulder.

He held out for as long as he could...

"Sunoo!? SUNOO!?"

Everyone crowded around Sunoo as Heeseung then out his hand on Sunoo's chest checking for a heart beat.

"Please be ok, please be ok, don't die please" Ni-ki repeated to himself as tears streamed down his face as he hurried it in Sunoo's hair hoping for the best.

"WE STILL HAVE A HEART BEAT" Heeseung announced as Ni-ki's hopes returned as Sunoo's head still rests on his shoulder.

He's still breathing that's all that matters
Ni-ki thought  to himself as he saw the ambulance lights shine brighter and brighter as it came closer and closer until arrived.

They took Sunoo on a stretcher as they rushed him to the hospital while taking Ni-ki on the same ambulance as they sped their way to the hospital.

Heeseung was taken by another ambulance as the officers that came, went back to the station and one took Heeseungs car back as they also took Mr.Nishimura's body and reported him officially dead.

Today was a heart breaking day.

But the real question is... will my tomorrow be the same if your not here??
