The next day, Dazai and I decided to meet up in the morning again. After an unsleepable night, I decided to find out what was his ability. " Oh.. My abililty is called 'No Longer Human', the power to nullify ability users' powers. " He answered. What? Does that mean it is gonna be impossible to even kill him? While my mind was overwhelming with confusing questions, he asked me if I had any. I nodded. "Uh.. Yes.. I have a special abililty called 'Umbrakinesis', the power to manipulate darkness and shadow." Suprisingly, he asked me, " Perfect! That's kinda rare- Do you mind joining the... Port Mafia? " Inundated with shock, I stood rooted to the ground, not knowing what to say. Could he be a member of the Mafia? My parents... They were killed by them. How did I- "Are you okay?" He questioned me. Without thinking thoroughly, I poured all my trust in him and accepted his offer to join the Mafia.

After school, he brought me to the Mafia palace. I stared blankly at the enormous space around me. " This is Mori-san, the boss of the Port Mafia. " Mori? I had heard of him before. Mori welcomed me, " Feel free to explore this place. Dazai, you shall follow her to make sure she does not betray us. " Dazai and I nodded and left the office. Was the decision I had made wise? Questions kept thundering into my mind. " Chuuuuyaaaa! " When I came to my senses, I saw a ginger-haired boy. He was quite short, we were about the same height. " What do you want, dumbass? And who's this girl here? " Dazai walked beside Chuuya and whispered something into his ears. He then came back to me and grabbed my wrist, pulling me into the elevator. As we were in the elevator, my stomach roared hungrily. Of course, Dazai heard it. " Are you hungry? There's a coffee shop nearby. Let's go there and get something to eat. " I quietly nodded as I gently squeezed his soft hands.
