Your day started off like a normal Friday. You went to the village to help out and get some supplies for Shinobu. You then went home cleaned up. Maybe a read a book or two. Trained for about 2 hours. Then you headed off to rengoku's place to spend some time together and catch up.
When you got to his place you guys are some food Rengokus brother made. After that you guys chatted for a while. The conversation lasted awhile.
"So y/n has your Friday schedule still the same as always" rengoku said.
"Yep same as always, go to the village, come back home and do some chores or so there, then I come to your place to hang"you said with a smile.
"W-""OH!! I almost forgot I got you something" you interrupted him.
You then searched through your bag you normally carry with you, which normally has some snacks, medical stuff or just random things.
"Ok cover your eyes" you said with a smile
At first rengoku was confused but he then covers his eyes with his hands.
"Ok no peaking" you said while getting the gift ready.
Rengoku was nervous and excited that he couldn't wait to see what you have brought for him....that he may have peaked once or twice.
"Ok open them" you said
Rengoku then opened his firey eyes. His eyesight was blurry at first but got back into focus. He then looked at you and down at your hands. His mouth then opened and his eyes widened. He stood silent for a minute.
You got nervous thinking that he didn't like it.
"Do you n-""I LOVE IT!!" You got interrupted by a loud voice.
You then looked at rengoku and he had this huge smile on his face. Which made you happy and made those bad thoughts go away knowing that he loved it.
"I g-"
You were then cut off by a warm and gentle...well almost gentle hug.
"Thank you...y/n" rengoku whispered in your ear.
You were surprised at first, but you smiled and hugged him back.
The hugged lasted for a while. But it soon enough ended. You wished it lasted longer, you enjoyed the hugged...it felt comforting...and nice.
Rengoku then grabbed the gift you gave him and was admiring it.
"HA! IM GOING TO NAME YOU BLAZE!!" Rengoku said with excitement.
"Well what I was going to say before,was I got it for you cause it reminded me of you" you said with a small smile on your face.
Rengoku then smiled.
"HA!! I GUESS YOUR RIGHT! IT DOES LOOK LIKE ME!" Rengoku laughed.
You guys then sat there in quote for a bit. You were looking at the Cheryl blossom tree. While rengoku was admiring his gift.
Rengoku then looked at you and back at his gift.
"Hey y-"
"CAW!! CAW!"
Rengoku was then interrupted by a crow.
You both then looked up at the sky and saw your Kasugai*your crow*.
"CAW!! CAW! Y/N YOU ARE NEED ST THE LADYBUG VILLAGE! CAW!! CAW!!" your Kasugai crowed.
"Well looks like I must go... what were you going to say rengoku-san?" you said while standing up and getting your sword.
"Oh it's nothing don't worry about it" rengoku smiled, but he had a disappointed tone in his voice.
"Are you sure?" You asked him
"I'm sure, now you better get going..I'll see you tomorrow" rengoku said while standing up as well.
"Ok if your sure about it..I'll see you tomorrow..bye rengoku-san" you waved to him then went on your way.
*Sigh*
Rengoku sighed. He looked up at the Cheryl blossom and down at his gift.
"I can't hold the feelings I have for them anymore.. I'm going to tell them tomorrow little owl plush"
Rengoku said while heading to were the others were to tell them that he is ready.
