CHAPTER 6

Elouise POV
After talking with bails I found out drew and Caitlin are going to nobu. Drew doesn't even like Japanese food so I'm not sure why he's going...
Anyways, I decide to start getting ready for my little date with Rudy. Is this plan psychotic? Maybe. Do I care? No. Drew is mine and he always will be.
I put on a tight navy blue dress that I know is Drew's favorite. The last time I wore it was 3 years ago and that was the last night before drew moved to California, it was also the night we hooked up for the last time. Nobody knows that drew and I did anything after we lost our virginity's to each other. Which technically isn't far from the truth. The second time we hooked up was senior year after my asshole of a boyfriend cheated on me. Which to be fair I didn't really care that much because I was still in love with drew, I only dated that kid because he was friends with drew and I wanted it to piss him off so he would confess his feelings for me. He did not do that. Anyways that's besides the point. In college drew and I were kind of hook up buddies, we also sorta dated for a couple months but we decided it would be best to stay just friends and act like nothing ever happened between us. Ever. This killed me a bit inside but things happen so it's whatever.

Now getting back to the date. I slipped on my tight navy blue dress and some nude heels along with my typical silver jewelry. I ended up curling my hair into some beachy type waves while keeping my makeup natural but doing a bold dark lip to top everything off.

About 10 minutes after I finished getting ready I heard a knock at my door. Opening it with a smile I expected to see Rudy but instead I am faced with drew.
"Oh uh hey Ellie um why are you all dressed up?"
"I have a date tonight, what brings you by?"
"I just wanted to ask you if this is okay to wear."
He looked amazing. I mean he always does but now he looks... wow. He's wearing an all black suit with the top 2 buttons open on his shirt.
"Ya you look great, she's a lucky girl."
"Thank you el, you look amazing too. So who's the lucky guy?"
I let out a slight chuckle
"Um it's"
And almost as if it was right on cue Rudy comes to the door with a big smile and gives me a kiss on the cheek.

Drew's pov
What. The. Fuck.
I don't think I have ever been so pissed off in my life. El is mine. I know I'm going on a date but it's only because I need to get my mind off of el. But seeing this I know now that she and Rudy have feelings for each other. She knows what she's doing, wearing that dress and looking like that.
