Lucy P.O.V
It was just a normal day at the guild. Cana was out drinking everybody, Bixlow was annoying Elfman and Evergreen, and Natsu, Gajeel and Laxus were sitting silently and brooding.
Wait, what?
"What's wrong with them, Mira?" I asked.
She turned around from washing cups and plates and shrugged. "I don't know. I've asked Master, but he won't tell me anything." She smirked. "Why? Are you worried about Natsu?"
"No!" I blushed furiously, then smirked as well. "No more worried than you are about Laxus."
"I am not!" she denied. She blushed and turned around.
"Yeah, whatever." I set my head in my hand. I caught Natsu looking at me. He quickly looked away and his face flushed.
Okay, what?
I walked over to where Levy was sitting with Lily.
I pointed to the dragon slayers. "What do you think is wrong with them, Levy-chan?"
She shrugged. "I don't know, Lu-chan," she said. "Gajeel hasn't talked to me all day. He hasn't even called me 'Shrimp' today."
"Do you miss it?" I teased.
"No," she mumbled and blushed. She cleared her throat. "Anyway, I was thinking of going to the library to figure out what's wrong with them."
"Okay," I said. "I'll go with you."
"Do you want to come with us, Lily?" Levy asked the Exceed.
"No, I'll stay here," he replied. "I want to eat more kiwi and watch out for Gajeel."
"Okay," Levy said. She turned to me and whispered, "I think he's in love with kiwi."
I giggled. "Me too."
We giggled and skipped out of the guild.

(At the library)
"Is that Yukino and Kagura?" Levy asked.
I looked up from the book I was reading about dragons. I was hoping it would give some information about why the dragon slayers were acting weird.
"Hello, Yukino, Kagura," I said. "What's up?"
"We wanted to talk with you," Yukino said.
"What is it?" Levy asked.
Yukino looked nervously at Kagura, who was studying a book on the shelf. She sighed. "Recently, Sting asked me to be his girlfriend."
"Congratulations!" Levy and I said.
She smiled. "Thank you. But lately Sting has been acting weird. And so has Rogue. Right Kagura?"
Kagura nodded. "They're quiet most of the time and don't really talk to anyone."
"Sting-sama has also been acting protective of me whenever I try to other men in the guild," Yukino said. "Sting-sama and Rogue-sama fight a lot."
"Why?" I asked. "I thought they were friends."
"They are, but..." Yukino began.
"But there seems to be a tension between them right now," Kagura finished.
"Like Gray and Natsu?" Levy inquired.
"Yeah, I guess. We've had to physically restrain them from killing each other."
"Geez, that sounds harsh." I winced.
Levy produced a notebook and pen. "Let me write this stuff down." She scribbled down something on the notebook. "Sting and Rogue are fighting and the others are unusually quiet. Did you notice anything unusual with Natsu, Lu-chan?"
"Why are you asking me?" I asked.
"Because Natsu sleeps with you," Levy said simply.
"He breaks into my house and sleeps in my bed!" I shout. The librarian hushed me. I mouthed sorry.
"She sleeps with a man?" Yukino whispered.
"Doesn't she think it's unsafe?" Kagura whispered back.
My face flooded with embarrassment. "He has not broken into my house lately." I thought for a second. "But his morning he looked a little flushed."
"Hm." Levy scribbled down what I said. She turned around to face the books behind her. "I'm going to check in these. Can you girls check in those over on the other table?"
We sat down on the table Levy pointed at and started to search through them. After 15 minutes of seaching, we still hadn't found anything.
I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked behind me to see a frantic Mirajane.
"You need to help me," she whispered. She looked around her warily. "Let me hide under the table." She dove under the table
"Mira-sama, is everything okay?" Yukino asked, worriedly.
She shook her head. "Laxus followed me."
"What's so bad about that?" I asked.
"He followed me like a creepy stalker," she whimpered. She pulled her knees to her chest and set her head down on them.
Levy went over to the window and pulled the curtains back. She looked out and giggled.
"What's so funny?" I asked.
She beckoned me with a hand. I looked out the window with her.
"He looks like a lost puppy," she whispered and giggled.
I looked at Laxus. He did indeed look like a lost puppy. His usual scowl was replaced with a look of confusion as he walked along the street in front of the library.
"Awwww," Levy and I said at the same time.
Mira whimpered from underneath the table with Yukino reassuring her and rocking back and forth. "What if he's suddenly turned into a creepy stalker? What's he going to do to me?"
"Why don't you get Freed to write some enchantments around you?" I asked.
"Because he's out on a job with the rest of the Thunder Legion," she said.
"Laxus didn't want to go?"
"No," she said and shuddered. "He was staring at me and wouldn't go with them."
"Uh, girls," Kagura said. She was looking at one of the books on the table. "You might want to read this." She held up the book for us to read.
We all gasped as we read the paragraph.
"What?!"
