what could go wrong ?

i had woken up somewhere around 11, a bit earlier than i expected considering i had gone to sleep around 4. i walked into the kitchen to make some food. i had pulled out a pan and some eggs to start making breakfast for myself. i felt a presence behind me, but before i had time to turn around to investigate, i felt a pair of arms wrap loosely around my torso, a hug from behind from gavin. i'm used to him being touchy, but never this touchy. i felt my ears heat up a bit. "g-good morning." i said as i cracked an egg into the pan. "good morning. i hope everythings alright after what happened on twitter this morning." he said as he let go to sit at the counter. "um, yeah i think it's all fine now." i paused. " and before you ask, no i don't want to share why i was listening to sad music." he laughed slightly, "i wasn't gonna ask but, gotcha."

"yeah okay like you weren't gonna ask, bullshit. you always check in on me and ash." i laughed as i started scrambling my egg. "well chief, you caught me." he started cackling at his own joke. "dude, shut up, it wasn't even that funny, you literally just called me 'chief', loser" i giggled at his stupidity.

after we finished breakfast, i  said my goodbyes to gavin and ash. i got in my car and started driving. i didn't really know where i was going, i just needed to get away for a bit. i didn't really know how far from home i was, but i was sitting in a semi-full target parking lot. just sitting here with my thoughts. what could go wrong?

a lot, a lot can go wrong. i made the decision to take a little break from streaming, the last thing i need on my mind is work. i needed to get my thoughts straight. so, i tweeted, 'hey everyone !! i need a little mental health break from streaming. i'll be back once i get back on track. see you all soon !!'. with music playing in the background, i anxiously waited for ash's and gavin's replies, hopefully to make me feel a bit better.

i pulled out of my parking spot, and decided to just drive, relax into the music to (maybe) help ease my mind. just go, anywhere, without thought. i drove up to the nearest open field, and pulled my car into park. i continued to just melt into the music. after almost an hour of the tweet being posted, i decide to check the replies. i saw gavin's reply, saying "stay safe bon bon, let me and ash know if you ever need anything, come back when you're ready, nobody else." i liked it and replied with my appreciation. i decided that it was probably time to get back home.

once getting home, i walked into ash screaming (assuming she was streaming with gavin). i knocked on ashlyn's door and waited for her to answer. i heard a bit of shuffling from the other side before the door swung open. "oh, you're back!! me and gavin want to talk to you after i'm done streaming." she said. "oh, alright, i just came it to tell you i'm back home now, can i say hi to chat and stay for a bit?" i asked. "of course, come in you can take my chair i'll stand." she noted as she stood to the side, letting me through. we walked back to her setup, i sat in her rolly chair and she kneeled next to me. she unmuted and announced to the stream "hey chat i'm back with a special guest star." she looked at me and giggled, i laughed back. "hi chat, how are you all?" i asked, watching the chat spam with many hi's and hey's. we both sat and talked to chat for a few minutes, i realized that her and gavin were on the garden smp, our minecraft server. i pressed the mute button and said. "i think i'll join the smp, i'll be on in a second." she nodded as i left.
