Blessed be the God and Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: according as He hath chosen me in Him before the foundation of the world, that I should be holy and without blame before Him in love. In Him, I have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace. Jesus Christ gave Himself for my sins, that He might deliver me from this present evil world, according to the will of God and my Father. My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Christ has rescued me from the curse pronounced by the law. For by the power of the eternal Spirit, Christ offered Himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for my sin. God has united me with Christ Jesus. For my benefit, God made Him to be wisdom itself. Christ made me right with God; He made me pure and holy, and He freed me from sin. He has swept away my offenses like a cloud, my sins like the morning mist. I will return to Him, for He has redeemed me. You, Lord, took up my case; you redeemed my life.
