I parted ways with DreamWorks and went back to China, when i arrive I was greeted by the news of the power couple in Entertainment industry Gu Shen and Lu Xin. We slept in a hotel since we were tired, we went to our apartment in the morning and arrange our things how we want them. We finished in the evening and we were all tired, we just ordered food and slept after eating.
"We can't stay like this, we need a plan and cash flow", I said making breakfast for us
"What do you have in mind", Yaoyao asked holding a note book to note down our plan
"First we need to find you a studio, where do you want it?"
"Since we only focus on online selling anywhere it's fine"
"You should also think about those who prefers walk in stores"
"Ok how about outside the mall, maybe an abandoned two floors building so that the first floor can be the store and second floor for packaging online orders to avoid many costs"
"Nice one, we will go and look tomorrow. Contact a real estate agent and set appointment in the afternoon"
"Ok, then second it's finding you an agency. Do you have any in mind?", she asked eating
"It shouldn't be a big agency, I don't want shady contracts and this time acting is only a temporary job for me. I want to focus on law but since acting also bring cash I will take jobs here and there"
"How about small agencies?", she asked drinking coffee
"It's fine but it shouldn't have any shady business, it doesn't matter even if it's struggling as long as they are good"
"Ok leave that to me, tomorrow you go and look for my studio and I will go and look for an agency for you", she said patting my shoulder

"Same here", we laughed and finish eating
We spent the whole day studying Chinese market and how media and fashion work together, this bitch tricked me into agreeing to be her legal representative. I spent the whole night drafting a contract for the store we are going to purchase.
When I woke up in the morning it was already 11am and Yaoyao was not at home so I took a quick shower since my appointment is at 12pm, I requested a taxi and go to the address. I was impressed when I arrived, it was in good shape. After checking everything we started to talk about the price.
"So sir how much is rent monthly?", I asked looking at the owner
"$30 000"
"$20 000", I bargain
"$25 000 is final"
"How much in cash?", his eyes opened wide
"Since the building is close to the mall and all transport I will price it for $1.5 million", the price was ok based on the location and space but I just didn't feel like spending that much money
"Boss you are not being fair, how about $600k?", I bargained again until he gave in
"$850k is final, I can't go any lower"
"Ok", I responded taking out the contract and he sighed
After taking all the title deeds paper and keys I locked the building and left, I went to the mall to have lunch since I didn't have breakfast. I took time to check what was trending in stores and took some pictures for Yaoyao, I went to look for a car since I can't always rely on taxi. I purchased a black mini cooper and drove myself home.
