After four months they were done shooting and held a celebration party, when she arrived at the restaurant she was wearing her black sweatpants and black hoodie since it's cold. When she arrived she sat further away next to the staff, when people were toasting she was toasting with a plum juice that she came with.
She knew she will be forced to drink so she snucked in a plum juice and pour it on an alcohol bottle and kept it infront of her so every time she just poured from that bottle,
"I would like to toast for Wei Wei, congratulations on your debut", Qiqi said facing her direction and she nodded and drank
"I would also like to to toast for Wei Wei, congratulations", Ming said toasting and she just nodded
By the end of the party many people were drunk but she was fine, she walked out of the restaurant on her two legs and hailed a cab to the hotel they were staying at. The following day she flew back to City Y and landed in the afternoon, she took a picture of herself by the balcony using her camera and posted on her weibo.

She spent the whole day interacting with her fans, the following week she spent it shooting commercials. The promotions started and today she will be attending an press interview, so she woke up early. After taking shower she wore blue jeans with a white tank top and a see through button shirt with black heels and let her hair down, she only applied a lip gloss.
Xianxian arrived at 10am since the press is at 12pm, they arrived at the venue around 11:30am and waited in her car for them to call her, Xianxian came and fetch her through the back door and went inside.
She greeted everyone respectfully and leaned against the wall playing game on her phone, the director called her and she gave her phone to her assistant and they went on stage.
She was sitting between the director and the second male lead while Qiqi and Ming were sitting together on the right side of the director, there were candies on the table and she just invited herself to them. Since the press was live she didn't want to talk too much so she focused her attention on candies while reporters where asking others questions
"Ningxi how was it shooting along side Wei Wei", they asked the second male lead
"Interesting I must say, if I say I have seen her rehearsing at the shoot I will be lying but all her scenes were done in one take. I was impressed", Wei Wei was busy with candies when the MC called her
"Wei Wei"
"Huh?", she looked at him confused and the cast laughed
"Question for you", he pointed the reporter
"Oh, sorry come again?", she asked putting candies down
"When you auditioned the female lead was already selected, what changed?"
"Can I say talent? Well I auditioned for both 1st and 2nd lead and expectedly I got the first role which I was happy with", she replied politely
"Do you think you are suitable for the role of the empress?"
"I don't think so, I know so. I mean I am beautiful, smart, talented and many more, so yeah who wouldn't crown me as an empress with all these qualities?", she responded laughing the internet went wild and people were calling her a narcissist
"Not to offend you but have you ever thought you are narcissistic?"
"Non taken, I feel like everyone know the answer for that question. I would never give myself credits I don't deserve nor will I denie myself credits that I deserve. Am I not beautiful? Of course i am, see this is my make up free face so imagine when I put on make up. I am talented that is a fact so I wouldn't say I am narcissistic but rather stating facts", she answered smiling
"How was your first time behind the cameras?"
"Well it was not my first time, but this experience and journey of Glorious Empress I enjoyed them"
"What can you say about your cast members?", she thought for a while before answering and look at everyone on the table smiling
"From what I have observed from a distance is that they have unique characters and i learnt a lot from them along with staff members", she rolled her eyes in her head at her answer
"There seem to be mystery surrounding your agency, which agency are you under?
"Ah that, didn't I mention it? I'm under QiQ Entertainment", people were surprised
"Isn't it closed down since everyone left?"
"No, there's still me", she said taking another candy
"Some people believe that you got the the role through connection, what do you think about that?"
"Nothing at all, I mean first of all I'm from QiQ Entertainment where we don't even have sponsors or investors so where will I find such a thick thigh to hug? Well not that I mind having a backer it's just that I don't want to waste my talent by relying on someone, I prefer proving people wrong with my own efforts. Secondly with my background i don't think I can afford to buy a role, I'm not saying it's bad it's just that my family will never do it so you can relax", she said laughing
"Speaking of your background, no one seem to know who you are"
"Hey, are you suggesting I'm an alien?", she laughed before explaining further
"There are people who know me, my family, classmates, friends and others whom we met at some point in life. I feel like even director know my name?", she said it as a question looking at him
"No, I only know that your name is Wei Wei", everyone laughed
"Erh...", she was honestly surprised
"Well you can call me Wei Wei or Lexy, whichever you prefer", she smiled
