You slip on your heels before heading outside, where your date,️ Kai, was waiting for you with his fire dragon on your driveway. He looked cute with his white suit and red tie.

"Have fun!" Your little sister shouted from the doorway(If you don't have one, pretend you do :D). Your parents stood next to her, waving as well.

"Hey, you look beautiful, Y/N," Kai says, looking up and down at your outfit.

You slap him on the arm. "Stop being a perv, Kai," you joke, as he leads you up to his dragon.

Both of you reach there before most, but you didn't care, since your friends were there early as well, talking at the Corner.

You wave goodbye to Kai, telling him to meet you in an hour, once everybody was here.

"Hey, Y/N!" One of your friends call out. "We're over here!"

You and your friends talk about stuff, until most of the gym was filled. You keep catching Kai's eye turning to you and back to his friends quickly, as if he was hiding something. You shrug the feeling off and grab a cookie from the cookie plate. Soon, more of your friends arrive with their dates, as the quiet pop music died down to set slow dance music. You see most people hit the dance floor with their prom dates. You look away, knowing that you won't get asked to do so.

"Y/N?" Kai asked, as you hear his voice behind you. "W-Would you like to dance?"

You turn around, only to be caught by Kai's arms.

"I'll take that as a yes," you tell him, as he leads you to the dance floor.

The dance starts off slow and simple, but as you two progress, it turns out that your head is on his shoulder, going more slower than usual.

Kai looks you in the eyes, as if he was asking you something. You knew what, so you gave him a slight nod, you two coming a lot more closer, as he places his lips on yours, you two kissing passionately.

You liked this. A lot.

"Hey, Y/N," you hear a childish voice say, as you see Lloyd. He was wearing a cute formal black suit with a green tie.

"Hi," you answer, slipping on your flats before placing your necklace on your neck. "Can you help me?"

Sure, here give me the- Wait," Lloyd says, smirking. "This was the one I gave you, right?"

"Yep!" You answer.

He sighs, even though it was a happy one, and helped you clip on the necklace, as you hold onto your hair and let it free once he's done.

"Ready to go?" He asks.

You nod, waving goodbye to where your older sister(again, if you don't have one, pretend you do💚), as you follow Lloyd out of the front door.

"Have fun," she calls out. "But not too much fun."

I laugh. "I won't, sis, you promise," closing the door behind you. Lloyd was waiting for you, as he leads you to where his Energy Dragon was, helping you up first, since you had the dress.

His dragon took off, as the breeze blew your hair. Crap, you thought to yourself. I forgot to bring my jacket.

"Here," Lloyd said, as he held up his jacket, reading your mind. "I knew you would be cold."
