"Is this a cute picture?" I asked Mackenzie as we walked to Gucci.
"Yea. You gon send it to my brother?" She teased making me roll my eyes.
"Girl fuck you brother." I said making her laugh.
"Why y'all fighting now?" She asked looking at the purse on the wall. While Lani and Bri looked at some clothes.
"Girl you make it seem like we always fighting but before we left he gon say "you bet no talk to no niggas" like one you is not my daddy or my boyfriend and 2 you fuck different bitches everyday." I said looking at some purses as well. She laughed and shook her head before Lani came over.
"Bitch I'm hungry we been shopping since 12." She said grabbing my hand.
"Where Bri at?" I asked her picking up two bags.
"She at the food court. She said you take forever buying shit." She stated making me laugh.
" She ain't lying but let me pay for this then ima come down there. You ready Mack?" I asked her as Lani walked off.
"Yes bitch I'm starving. Let's go." She said going to the checkout. As we were waited in line I heard two familiar voices. I turned to see my old best friends laughing with some other girl. I tried to turn around before they saw me but it was too late.
"Hey Ari, Can we talk for a second?" Jayda asked walking up to me.
"We don't have anything to talk about Jayda." I said turning back around to see Mackenzie making a questioning face but I just waved it off and handed her my items and card.
"Yes we do ari. You took what we said the wrong way and your overdoing your part." She said making me turn around.
"Bitch get the fuck out my face for real. Y'all said that knowing it would hurt my feelings but I'm not overdoing my part. Me over doing my part would be me beating yo ass and talking about loyal but I didn't. I calmly left y'all the fuck alone. So leave back out my life and let me worry about my daughter and dead daddy." I said before bumping past her seeing Kenzie was already at the door with our bags.
"You good girl? Cause I can go whoop ha ass if you want me to." She said making me laugh as we walked to the food court.
"Nah its cool but the next time she step to me ima rock her shit." I said as we spotted Bri and Lani at a table and started walking towards them.
"I'm sorry if you think I'm being nosy but I over heard what she said. If you don't mind me asking what happened." She said as we sat down.
"What happened?" Bri asked before stuffing fries in her mouth.
"Nah its cool and I been meaning to tell you and lani anyway. So basically I have a daughter and I don't know were she is. All I know is she's with her father but I don't know who he is." I said making them look at me with confused faces.
