"Baby? Are you awake?" JinSoul asked as she stared down at you, watching as your eyelashes fluttered against your cheeks as you rested your head comfortably on her lap.

The credits of the film were starting to roll. Your night in together was much-needed. You made it through most of the way, but you began to feel pretty sleepy about ten minutes ago. She wasn't sure if you were still awake but she was just as tired as you and wanted to get up to bed as soon as possible.

"Yeah." You mumbled as you rubbed your eyes. "But I'm exhausted."

"Me too." She said and kissed your head. "Come on. Let's go up to bed."

"Carry me." You said and she shook her head with a laugh, thinking you were just joking. "Please, JinSoul?"

"You're serious, baby? You're that tired?" She teased as she stroked your cheek, only for you to nod sleepily and close your eyes once more.

"Okay, cutie." She said and had you sit up so she could stand up.

You put your arms around her neck and she lifted you carefully before making her way to the stairs.

"Are you okay? Feel secure?" She asked as she carefully took the first step.

You buried your face in her neck with a nod and hummed against her skin as you breathed in the smell of her perfume that lightly lingered on her kissable neck.

"Good." She said as she continued up the stairs.

You were falling asleep by the time she reached the top step. It felt as if you were floating on a cloud. Her smell was so comforting as it filled your lungs. You felt so relaxed and so comfortable that you couldn't stay awake even if you tried.

Soon, she was laying you down in bed. You barely even noticed. You only opened your eyes when she tucked you in.

"Hey, sleepyhead." She smiled tiredly as she crawled into bed beside you, her tired eyes meeting your heavy ones.

"Hi."

She reached for your hand, happily intertwining her fingers with yours

"I know we're both exhausted and we barely made it through the movie, but thanks for watching it with me. It was nice to finally spend some quality time together." You said.

"We'll watch another tomorrow because I have the day off." She said before playfully booping your nose.

"So, let's get some sleep. The sooner we get to seep, the sooner we can wake up and have a really wonderful day together."

She pulled you closer, tangling her legs with yours as she kept your fingers wrapped around hers.

She pressed a kiss to your forehead and you closed your eyes, only to open them when she pulled her lips away. She gazed into your eyes with her sparkly ones before she leaned in for a kiss.

"I love you." She spoke against your lips before she pulled away. "Have sweet dreams."

"I love you too. Goodnight, baby." You said as you laid your head on her shoulder and closed your eyes, already looking forward to tomorrow.
