Jasmine waved to her Mom as she ran out the door. "I'm here!" She exclaimed, stepping into the water. Jasmine needed to see her father, the Emperor of the Sea. When her parents met, they were sixteen. Her dad can change between water and human forms. He was a human when they met. A figure rose from the water. "Ah, Jasmine." Her father said, giving her a hug. "I missed you!" Jasmine giggled, and grabbed something out her backpack. "I got a pamphlet for my new school." She said, letting him read it. "I'm going to have lots more homework and after school activities." Her father looked up. "Okay, but if these 'activities' get in the way of your studies, you'll have to quit." Jasmine rolled her eyes and nodded. "And I want you to take swimming. It will be beneficial." Her dad explained. "Okay, Dad!" Jasmine whined. "I just need you to sign this!" Her father signed it and gave Jasmine the pamphlet back. "Here you go." "Okay, thanks! Love you, Dad." She said, hugging him before she left. "Love you too, Jasmine" Her father waved and she rushed back into the house.
