The factor of the amount of information that I found out that Jason had left out about the school and exactly what was going on here was jarring to me. Though it shouldn't have surprised me. It was very clear that he was not the good person he pretended to be on the other side. Which is what the Reapers used to refer to their old lives. Much like what we normally think of the reapers they do see themselves on a different side of the board when compared to humans. After talking with Lucian a few days, we filled the subtle gaps in the idea of what was going on with the basics of the school and learned that the reason that people avoided me is most likely due to Jason threatening people to leave me alone or else he was gonna do something crazy to them. That made a lot of sense since the dangerous feeling that I got from him. I also learned from Lucian that that feeling was very normal and that our danger senses increase when we die and expecially when it comes to violent and traumatizing deaths like mine. Overall, I had pieced together that my life honestly hadn't changed that much I was just in a stuck up preppy school where the students were basically hired mercenaries with name sakes.

That being said that was a big thing that Jason had left out that was the name sakes and the weight of them and exactly how importain these parts were. I was at least happy that I planned on remembering all the names of the newbies that had came in and were in the same class as me. Those would be the ones that I would deal with every day. It started with a scene like this.

So, Lucian," I say looking up from my breakfast tray, I had taken to sticking to his side like glue. It was only a couple of days after the initial incident with Jason and I was till catching up on all the things he had left out in my week with out classes. "You said names are importain around here, gives a shape to the food chain, right?" I had stuffed a piece of French toast in my mouth after asking giving him a few moments to respond.

"Yes, that would be the truth, why do you ask?" he tips his head looking at me as I sat next to him instead of cross from him, on the other side Navida had headphones in and was zoned out and Shane was zoned so deep into his book there was very little conversation other then between the two of us, which in the morning was quite normal. Those two did not seem to morning very well at all as they put it.

"Can you point them out and give me snips of what I need to know about each family?" I look back to him as I glance around the breakfast room, unlike lunch where we were all split into smaller groups based on classes just like in most normal high schools, breakfast was all together. He chuckles slightly

"Generally, yes." He follows my line of glance, and both of us look at a table where we feel the eyes on us. Of course, Jason was staring at me from across the room with daggers from his sharp green eyes. "Obviously, we have the Delarosa family. They are the things of nightmares. They are good at shadow work and assassinations. They work heavily with poisons, thrown weapons usually. They are ranged fighters and not good at direct hand to hand combat fighting usually. But they are not all as insane as Jason. He looks way from them and back to his table so as to break eye contact with that one as well. It was very clear as the fact that Lucian and he did not get along before I had even came into the picture the two were good at avoiding each other. "There is also Dominic and Sybile. Dominic is a cousin to Jason, they arn't close at all. But another of the new girls is Jason's sister, and that is Sybile, she is nice to a point and she is the talking point between the two boys. Dominic is a 4th year and will be graduating this year and is kind of the ground between the three of them so I can only imagine what next year will be like when he leaves, he usually is the one that keeps Jason on his best behavior. Sybile while intimidating to everyone else. She is very timid to her older brother; I am sure we can guess why." I nodded a bit and processed what I was being told.
