(Y/n) POV
It took a while but I was able to leave the hospital "make sure to only do about 10 minutes of training as of right now if you are to do any training..." her words hit me hard because I knew I couldn't get better without training. Naruto helps me to the door but before we walked out "(Y/n) I mean it when I say only 10 MINUTES" my mother's words pierced through my chest like a kunai knife that pierces through a person body if you threw it directly into someone. I looked down at my feet "yes I understand" I knew she was looking out for me but I wanted so badly to work harder than I have ever for the reason that I didn't want to be the damsel in distress not because I wasn't grateful to Naruto Because I was if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have been here. We got to my room and suddenly Naruto picked me up in somewhat bridal style and as he did his face was so close my cheeks felt hot and my heart started to bump so fast I could hear it echo in my ears "listen (Y/n) you might hate me for this but I think you should listen to grandma Tsunade" he looked at me his hand on my arm. "Don't worry about it Naruto" he looked down "I do worry, but I worry cause you are special to me!" His words were exclaimed loud that I started to blush crimson red "Okay" I nodded and suddenly I heard my door shut and with that, he left.

"My face is so hot it might melt off," I thought to myself placing my hands on my cheeks and squishing my cheeks making them form into fishy lips.

Suddenly at me trying to sleep all I could see was Naruto's face instead of the pitch-black scene that indicates that you have finally fallen asleep. Why couldn't I? Did I like Naruto? I kept trying to think so hard my vanes probably could've popped out. "I like Naruto," I said as I finally laid in bed and blushed so hard you could see through my blankets that laid on top of me. I hear a knock on my door so I try to recover composure and then waited and it was my mom who entered with a bowl of soup and new bandages "why are you red? Did you get a fever again?" I just felt my face get a lot redder once again. "Oh I see Naruto was in here wasn't" I then hid my face not wanting to talk about it with her but suddenly I felt at ease "yes" I nodded and kept my face hidden just because this is the first time I had liked someone. "We'll go for it kid I mean would like Naruto to be my son in law not really but it is your choice and if your happy you know I'm happy to" she smiled and started to change the bandages that cling onto my body.
