Saqib was more than happy to give the world to his wife but she on the other hand didn't value his affection at all. She even spent his 2 months worth of salary on expensive yet useless luxuries when he had already handed her Mahar. And of course, still her mouth wouldn't get a zipper as she kept insulting and making fun off him whenever she got the chance.

His mother was really disturbed by her daughter in laws behaviour and many times tried to discipline her but Saqib would stop her everytime. So she thought of taking matters in her own hands the indirect way...

Now that her daughter was married, Huda's mother had held a kitty party at her place.

"Look how happy our Mrs Shiekh is, now that her daughter is married." One of the housewives said.

"Why wouldn't she be? Haven't you heard, her son in law an executive Chef." Another one cooed.

Huda's mother smiled proudly.
"Not just any executive Chef, a Michelin star Chef in the most expensive restaurant in Mumbai. Aree, as soon as he saw my beautiful Huda, he fell head over heels for her. Of course, many men have but they couldn't even reach his standards. Even celebrities die to eat his food but you know, he specially invited us and even sent his BMW car to pick and drop us. And the food he made....oh ho ho ho...soo exotic and delicious! Lobsters and Salmon and those deserts!"

"Ooohhh....soo lucky!"

"There are servants and maids for every little job in the huge mansion. My Huda doesn't even have to lift a finger. She'll live like a Queen!"

The woman was literally flying hearing all the praises. As the women kept flattering her. They had to be in her good books from now on if they wanted favours from her

"My son in law is a Star!"

"He won't be your star son in law for too long if you don't teach your daughter to respect him."

Huda's mother jumped at the voice and turned towards the source. She was quite surprised and embarrassed to suddenly find Saqib's mother at the door.

"S... Samadhan ji (daughter's or son's mother in law)... please come in. Sorry I didn't see you there." She giggled nervously rushing towards her.

Saqib's mother didn't budge seeing her fake warm welcome but still entered the house. She noticed all the snacks on the table and her eyebrow raised.
"Did I disturb your party?"

"N...no no, of course not." Huda's mother continued her fake giggling and ushered her to the kitchen, away from everyone.
"Would you like some tea?"

"No thankyou. I'm only here to warn you about something." She replied rather coldly.

Huda's mother momentarily looked at the ladies who were busy whispering and gossiping behind them seeing Saqib's mother's cold demenour which made her more worried.

"Warn me? About what ji?"

"About your daughter! "

Her mother gulped.
"What did she do? You see, she's still a kid at heart so... please do forgive her as a ch..."

"Insulting her husband everyday while shamelessly spending all his money is childish behaviour? You want me to tolerate such insolence?! Doesn't our Islam tells women to respect thier husbands? And here your daughter is disrespecting my son everyday because of his.... disability. If she had such a problem with it then why did she had to marry him in the first place?! Everyone can see what kind of gold digger your daughter is..."

"Samdhan ji!" Her mother exclaimed heatedly.

"What do you want to say Samdhan ji? What can you say? Did I say something wrong? Didn't your daughter marry my son for his money" His mother questioned her mother equally angry.
"My son isn't a pushover either. He's much smart and talented as compared to your daughter who cannot even grill toast with burning. She even dropped out of college!"
