So, we find it obligatory to give you a fair warning about this. Our system is pretty complicated, but we will try to explain it to the best of our abilities. If you still have any questions, feel free to drop them below in the comments.

The background image of this section is our diagram of who communicates with who in terms of workforce, troubleshooting, problem solving, and advice. (That's the handwriting of Rose, by the way).

Each letter of the alphabet has a flower themed role to it, and there are 4 positions for each role. That is, except for F, which is 2 Forget-Me-Not Founder positions already taken by Hibiscus and Rose. So our roles are as follows :

🥀 Abutilon Administrators
Are you interested in becoming an admin for this community? Well then, we require your usual skills of responsibility, time management, etc. Each admin will be supporting one head peacekeeper, and it is expected that you take note of all the responses you get from your assigned head peacekeeper. Admins do not need to stay in touch with each other if they do not wish to. You must report to your assigned founder (either Hibiscus or Rose) every month, or just so often that we are all kept in the loop of what's going on, if there are any major problems, or concerns.

🥀 Buttercup Bio Builders
Do you like designing bios for others? Do you perhaps have a bio shop that isn't getting as much attention as you would like? This job is perfect for that, as all you need to do is create bios and follow requests in the upcoming shop. We expect that you are loyal, hard working, and keep your promises. Bio builders must stay in touch with their fellows for any concerns, and report any large scale problems that they face to their assigned head peacekeeper.

🥀 Carnation Cover Creators
Are you an expert in designing covers for your own works, and perhaps for others too? Do you like visual designing through platforms like Pinterest, Canva, or anything that produces quality results? You can make covers for others through the requests sent in the upcoming shop. We are looking for designers with a good eye, deep understanding of visuals, and can meet deadlines through good effort. Cover creators must stay in touch with their fellows as well, and report any issues to their assigned head peacekeeper.

🥀 Daisy Delivery DMers
Are you a pro at reaching out and starting online conversations? Are you super good at texting in this modern age and time? Well then, this role is right for you. We expect you to be keeping in contact with your administrator, who will notify you when requests are ready in the shop. Your specific job is to reach out to customers and notify them that their purchases are ready for them, whether that be bios, covers, graphics, themes, or reviews. DMers need to stay in touch with each other as to not notify the same person twice, and report their concerns to their admin. We want people who are kind and perhaps convincing, so customers will come back for more in our shop.

🥀 English Bluebell Editors
Do you have a keen sense of spelling, punctuation, and overall grammar? Do you have a strong proficiency in English? We are looking for people who are able to give criticism without being mean, but also being honest with our writers. It's also helpful if you're creative and know how to replace certain parts of writing with new or interesting phrases and unique adjectives too. Editors should communicate as to delegate specific tasks, and report all problems to their assigned head peacekeeper.

🥀 Geranium Graphic Generators
Can you make visually appealing themes for others? Can you experiment around with different styles to suit your customers' needs? In this role, you are able to promote your artistic skills and be featured in our shop to serve others. We are looking for people who are experienced in creating professional looking themes and graphics, and have a good idea for what looks right. You should be able to meet deadlines as well. Generators should keep in touch to delegate tasks as well, and should report to their assigned head peacekeeper.
