Unlovable (A cringy nightmare angst)(DISCONTINUED)

                     Cross's POV:

I was shocked...was Nightmare really my soul mate? "Uh sir could you please move? I need to scan these other people" the lady asked softly "oh yeah, sorry" I walked to the door opening it gently...how can Nightmare of all monsters be my soul mate?

Oh if your wondering why I'm so confused...me and Nightmare are not exactly on good terms at the moment....any ways. I was walking to dreams to talk. Honestly now I was curious about who his soul mate was.

I sighed and knocked on Dreams door, it took him a moment but he quickly opened the door. "Hi Cross" he had said cheerfully
"Hi dream" I smiled softly. I noticed who he was with and was surprised.... Killer? "So your soul mate is killer?
"Yep! Honestly I was surprised that my crush was my soul mate" I heard him say, I felt as if my soul had just shattered

"Anyways who is your soul mate?" *I turned to leave "nightmare.."

As I left I couldn't help but feel jealous,  Dream liked killer... of course he did why didn't I notice earlier?

                    (Nightmare POV)
I had just gotten my tattoo scanned and was smiling, Cross was my soul mate! I have had a crush on him for a while but just hoped he was my soul mate and he was!

As I was lost in my thoughts I bumped into someone. "Oh I'm sorry-" *I noticed it was cross and went to help him up but...he smacked my hand away. "Leave me alone Nightmare" his voice sounded laced with anger.....
"I-" he glared at me and I just stopped talking...
As walked away still angry and all I could do was stand there.....
Did he hate me? What did I do wrong?
Whatever it was this anger was aimed at me.....I'm scared that he might not love me...
