As the wave hit the pier all buck could think about was Christopher, would he be ok, what would Eddie think about him. He brought Christopher to the pier he will be the reason he dissapeared.

He opens his eyes and tries to swim towards the surface. But is hit with bottles, surfboard, bits of glass and alot of other stuff. He is so close to giving up but decided otherwise. He rushes towards the top grabbing onto the first thing he sees.
"CHRISTOPHER!" Buck yells, no answer.
"CHRISTOPHER!"
"BUCK!" Christopher yells.
Buck quickly makes his way towards Christopher assuring him everything will be ok.

He grabs him and throws him on top of the firetruck.
He grabs im and pulls him into a hug.
Then he looks out.
He hears  people screaming for help.

He thinks quickly and turns to Christopher.
"Hey, buddie, i gotta go help these people, stay here dont move"
"Ok"
"You promise?"
"I promise"

He jumps into the water and brings the fire hose across the water.
"EVERYONE GRAB ON!" he yells.
He turns to Christopher who is still on the firetruck.
He turns back and sees there is about 30 people there and they all wont fit.
"OK THE FIRST PEOPLE ON TRY GET TO THE ROOF!" He yells again.

After about 10 minutes he is helping the last person up. He looks around for somewhere more safe. He looks up. The roof is low enough for him to boost everyone up.
"Ok im gonna boost you all up their and then you can try get higher and wait for help.

He starts boosting everyone up 1 by one. First is a man to help pull everyone else up. He then helps a woman, then Christopher.
"Watch him untill I get up, please"
"Yes of course"

Another 20 minutes go by and he's helping up the last person. He steadys himself and just as he was about to get up the truck starts shaking. He stumbles a little and looks around, another wave. He quickly tries to jump it but the wave came too fast. He was knocked into the water leaving Christopher behind.

The woman covers his eyes as it happens and sits down with Christopher.
"When we find a phone we can call your parents ok?"
"Ok"

Buck is being knocked around by everything and anything that is in the water. He keeps trying and trying to swim but the wave is too strong. He can feel himself running out of oxygen. He pushes and eventually makes his way to get air.

He gasps for air. And tries to keep himself afloat. He continues swimming with the tide rather than against it untill it gets shallow enough for him to walk.
