Lelouch as he dies makes one final wish. To be with Nunnaly no matter what so he can love and protect her. What if that resonates with a special summoning bringing him and his precious little sister to a world of shields, hero's, betrayal, and kings.
It is the next day and the king is offering companions to take on the hero's journey so they can level up and fight strong opponents. As the hero's arrive the king reveals something odd.
King: it has come to my attention that the shield hero and the extra summons have little or no knowledge of this world. But it is stated that hero's have a built in understanding of our world. Lelouch POV I think it over when suddenly it occurs to me.
Lelouch: the only reason the other hero's have knowledge is due to an item in our worlds called video games. However the worlds me, Nunnaly, and shield boy are from are technologically different my world focuses on infrastructure and machines of war but shield boy is from an alternate universe less technologically advanced.
That caught their attention apparently whoever leaked the information was incompetent and did not take my intelligence into account. Amateurs the lot of them. As the party members distribute none come to me or Nunnaly even after king spoke out and red head joins naofoumi so i hold tighter to her as she is held bridal style by me.
King: are we sure none of you will help the two ext—
I speak up.
Lelouch: i have no problem amassing my own help and even then Nunnaly stays with me. We don't have cardinal weapons and i am a charismatic leader by default so i need only try and i can get people on my side. It's how i led the black nights to rebel against Britannia.
The king looked worried when I mentioned I lead a rebellion against my home country he's more than likely concerned I will do the same to him.
King: ah yes that is fine as long as you get yourselves situated.
The king gives us the currency to get supplies and weapons. The first thing i want to do is get my armor as Zero again, my sword, and a gun.

Nunnaly: big brother Lelouch what would i need. I can only think of a wheel chair a gun maybe or do you want me to heal you. I looked at my status and i have the ability to make shields heal and fire destructive spells.
I smile, finally something that can get her ahead in life maybe she can learn to levitate. I know it's wishful thinking but maybe even heal her legs.
We go to places to get her a wheelchair and me armor and weapons i also got her a light decently resistant armor so i feel safer about her. My Zero armor and clothing is done in a few hours same with the sword although i made the gun.
As the day passes i get me and Nunnaly to an inn where we can get food and rest for the night. I see naofoumi with that shady woman who joined him, you can practically smell the lies and deception. It was for that reason i encouraged Nunnaly to hurry up saying im tired. She reacts how i expected hurrying so we can go to sleep.
Nunnaly: ok im done big brother Lelouch we can go to sleep now if you want.
I'm amazed at how kind and innocent she is even after everything that's happened. So I will do anything in my power to protect that innocence that she holds. I cant express the love i hold for my dear sister Nunnaly. I climb into bed taking Nunnaly with me and having her rest her head under my chin as I curl up protectively with her in bed. I give her a peck on the cheek goodnight.
The next day with jimmy fallon
I wake up with Nunnaly still in my arms as she lightly snores. I suddenly hear commotion outside that sounds like yelling and when I open the door I see guards taking naofoumi while calling him scum and something about rape. I head to my room seeing my lovely little sister waking up so i help her bathe, brush her teeth, and dress herself with her doing most of it but falling short in area's. We head to the kings throne only to see naofoumi bound and held at spear point and an argument about him being accused of rape i find it funny so i laugh.
Lelouch: Ha ha ha ha ha ha he he he he he he he he ha ha ha ha ha ha that is hilarious you believe him capable of even hurting her much kess forcing himself on her? I have lied and been lied to a thousand times and red head sounds like a liar.
The king takes a defensive.
King: how can you say that we have evidence and her testimony as well as Motoyasu.
Motoyasu: yeah i was the one she came too that bight he was drunk.
Im honestly surprised by his stupidity in trying to lie to me.
Lelouch: you dong get it she hasn't been hurt or raped, also naofoumi only had one drink the went to bed and i even left the room at night and saw her leave fully clothed with naofoumi's armor and money. I can even force her to confess with my geass should she refuse it makes her a liar as well as you the king biased and Motoyasu also a liar.
They look at me with contempt and ren yells.
Ren: how can we trust a man who killed his parents and two of his siblings whilst also subjugating his people.
That thoroughly annoyed me until Nunnally decided to speak up for me.
Nunnally: I know big brother Lelouch and he did all those things, but he did it to help people knowing the consequences of his actions could cause further issues but ultimately ending in peace with people now United by his death.
That shut them up but Naofoumi was already angered and ended up leaving with his money and the king looking with hate filled glares at the siblings ordering them to leave his presence and so they did leaving to train Nunnaly in magic and Lelouch trying to make geass stronger by gaining more uses per person but as night approached 1 is still his limit.
