waking him up when you're cold

The room was basically pitch black when you opened your eyes.

You could hear the soft breaths falling from Jin's lips from beside you. It was a nice sound to wake up to and despite how sleepy you felt, you still found yourself smiling a little.

Tonight is the very first night you've spent with Jin. You had a long and busy day together so you both fell asleep quite fast once you headed up to his room earlier in the night.

When you fell asleep, his arms were wrapped around you. But they weren't now and you could tell by the fact that he wasn't pulling you closer in his warm embrace when you started to shiver a little.

The last thing you wanted to do was disturb his sleep. With how busy he and the boys are, he rarely gets a good night's sleep.

You tried to just curl up under the blankets. But they weren't enough. You needed to feel his warm arms wrapped around you.

You rolled over and felt around the bed for him. You soon felt his clothed chest against your palm. You hesitated for a moment but began to shake him awake as you got a little colder.

"Jin? Please wake up."

He sighed as he opened his eyes. They were heavy and he was so tired that he struggled to keep them open and even more so when he realized it was still dark and he didn't have to get up yet.

"What is it, y/n?" He sighed as he pulled the blanket up to his chest.

"I'm sorry I woke you." You apologized and he quickly sensed your guilt, so he shook his head and sat up a little.

"Don't be sorry. Everything okay?"

"Yeah. I'm just a little cold. When I went to sleep you were holding me and I was warm. So, I was wondering if maybe we could cuddle again so I won't be so cold."

He sat in silence for a second before a big smile tugged at his lips.

"You didn't have to ask." He chuckled as he laid back down and opened his arms for you to move into. "But I think it's sweet that you did."

You put your head on his chest and listened to each and every beat of his heart as he wrapped his arms around you.

You said you were cold, so he was trying to warm you up by holding you and tangling your legs together, and making sure the blanket was also wrapped around you enough to keep you nice and warm.

"How's that? Are you warmer?"

"Yeah." You smiled a little and it only grew when he lowered his head to give you a sweet kiss on your forehead. "Thank you, Jin."

"Anytime." He smiled and rubbed his fingers along your back as you drifted off to sleep again, cozier than ever as he held you and hummed softly in your ear, and continued to give you kisses on your forehead and the crown of your head on occasion.

"Goodnight, cutie." He whispered softly and pulled you a little closer as he closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep again, hoping for many more nights like these with you.
