"I've missed you," Jin said as he squeezed your hand from across the table.

"I've missed you too." You said and watched a big smile pull at his lips as the words left your lips.

This is the first night off that Jin has had in quite some time and he wanted to devote every second of it to you.

Which is why he brought you to one of your favorite spots in the city for dinner.

It's made you so happy but not just because you're looking forward to enjoying a nice meal here tonight but more so because you're with Jin, which means everything to you.

"What do you want?" He asked as he watched you look over the menu.

"I can't choose. It all looks so good." You said and he chuckled before kissing your hand.

"Well, have whatever you want. It's my treat, baby."

You felt so lucky to have him and you felt so happy.

Nothing could ruin your night with Jin.

Or so you thought.

Because just a second later, you heard someone say your boyfriend's name.

"Jin? Is that you?"

Jin sighed because, at first, he thought it was a fan that had recognized him and he really didn't want to ruin these moments with you by being crowded by fans.

However, to his surprise, it wasn't a fan.

It was his ex.

"Hey." He waved politely before looking at the menu again.

But she wasn't satisfied with just that and quickly walked over to your table, desperate for Jin's attention.

"I can't believe you're here right now. It's been so long since I saw you!" She said before looking at you.

Her smile faded and turned into a look of disgust.

"Well, who's this?"

"That's my girlfriend." He answered without any hesitation. "Y/N, this is my ex."

"Oh." His ex said before looking back at Jin. "Interesting. Look, I'm really happy to see you here. I've been missing you like crazy."

Jin furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

Their split was agreed upon and it was so long ago.

He assumed that she would've moved on as well, just as he has.

"Oh. Cool." He said.

"I think about you all the time. Don't you think about me?" She asked and before Jin could answer, she was brushing her fingers across his arm. "You look so handsome tonight. I mean you always do but tonight... wow. You just look so good."

You shifted around in your seat, feeling insecure as you watched his ex-girlfriend touch your boyfriend's arm.

Honestly, it wasn't only her touching him that made you feel insecure.

Her presence in general did.

You could tell that she still had feelings for Jin and you saw a lot of qualities in her that you didn't see in yourself.

For example, she was stunning, and you didn't feel nearly as pretty as her.

You know that Jin would probably argue with you about that but you couldn't help but feel that way.

She was everything.

"I've missed you so much. Why don't you leave this girl here and come back to me? We could be something special. Don't you want to try again, handsome?"

Jin looked at you and watched you hang your head.

"No." He answered.

"N-No?" His ex scoffed.

"Exactly. No. We ended for a reason. In fact, you agreed to split up, remember? What we had was in the past. I'm with Y/N now and that's all I want."

He reached across the table and held your hand again, making you smile a little.

"You should just go."

"But Jin," She tried to say, only for him to shake his head.

"I don't want to hear it. I've moved on and you should too. I'm with Y/N. She's the only one I want and that's never going to change. I love Y/N and only Y/N. Just go and leave us alone. Please."

She stormed off with an angry expression, but Jin didn't care.

He only cared about you.

"I'm sorry about that. I have no idea why she did that." He sighed.

You were quiet, making him frown.

"You okay, baby?"

"Yeah. It's just... are you sure you don't miss her or want her back? She's so pretty and-"

"You're prettier." He interrupted. "You're the prettiest girl in the world."

You smiled and his heart melted at the sight.

"I meant what I said. What we had is in the past and I only love you. Please believe me."

"I do." You assured.

"Good. Because you're my everything and I never want to lose you. I don't want anyone else, only you, my girl."

"I only want you, Jin."

He got up and sat down in the chair beside you, letting you lay your head on his shoulder as you held each other close.

"I love you." He whispered as he kissed your head.

"I love you too." You said back to him, so grateful that he's all yours.
