"Arvin why don't you invite y/n over for dinner" his grandmother asked as she started to cut up vegetables on the counter he mumbled and answer as he got up from his chair and grabbing the keys for his truck before Turing towards lenora "coming?" He raised an eyebrow as she shot up and pushed the door open with a smile on her face
Lenora adore you just as much as Arvin heck probably more then anyone,you were like the sister she never had you'd help her with homework or make cakes with her
You'd buy her new measuring cups and utensils to help her bake and she would 'thank' your ear off afterwards
Arvin was glad the two of you got along he was worried that his sister wouldn't like you after his last girlfriend but here she was all giddy to go pick her up
Pulling up to your house at shut the engine off lenora un buckled her seatbelt "are you gunna get her?" She turned her head to her brother and he shook his head "no she'll know we're here " he sat back on his seat
"Are you sur-" cutting her off was a sweet voice that made Arvin weak to his knees
"hey guys!" Making you way towards the truck and resting your hands on the opened window
"You wanna come eat" Arvin sat up straight and looked towards the window "yeah Emma was asking " lenora added " yeah why not..gimme 2 minutes"
Smiling as you walked towards the door to your house
"Mom!..I'm gunna go to Arvin's for dinner if that alright " walking towards the kitchen to find your mom with flour all over the place
"Yeah hun go on a head " a warm smile taking place on her face
"Oh and if you ya know stay the night...use protection " she snickered as you face dropped in shock "Mom!" Squeezing your eyes shut "hey,I don't want no babies here just yet " laughing as she added baking Soda to the mix "and you ain't going to be getting any " grabbing a jacket off the rack at opening the door " good to know..okay y/n love you " looking back at the book places in front of her " yeah love you too "
swinging the door open as you ran towards his truck and hopping in the backseat let out a sigh
" alright let's go" lenora said as she looked out the window
Before Turing the engine on he got a peck on the cheek that made him look at the review to see you staring out the window with a smile on your face
He's see that smile more then a hundred times but it still makes him feel all nervous shaking his head and turning on the engine
Making their way back to his house Once they arrived lenora hopped out and began talking about church and things along those lines arvin opening the door while you too talked giving him a 'thank you' look and lacing your hands together as you walked towards the house
Grabbing the handle of the door and swinging it open with a creak coming from the rusted door and stepping inside Taking off you jacket and placing it on the near by rack
"Emma it does smell real nice in here " the delicious smell filling you nose making you realize how hungry you are..

"Oh come on Arvin " giggling as you stood up from the couch while music played from the radio "no I ain't dancing " he scoffed taking another swig of his drink
"Oh you basterd fine..lenora let's dance " walking away from him and towards lenora who had already gotten out of her seat
His grandma and uncle laughing at there conversation
Arvin adore his girlfriend and he'd do anything for her the only thing was that he wouldn't dance,not that he didn't know how too..give him enough alcohol and he's a pretty damn good dancer
