Chapter 19: A False Kingdom (Rewrite)

"Senpai! Senpai! Wake up!" Mash shouted.

"Uh..." Ritsuka uttered out in pain. "What happened?"

"The Grail happened," Artoria said. "The wish, that female Gilgamesh made, ended up creating, what I speculate to be a pseudo Singularity,"

"To our luck, we manage to be stranded here together," Lancer Artoria said. "Sadly, only myself and my Saber version, have stranded together with you. The rest... I could only pray, that they haven't cause enough havoc, yet,"

"So where are we?" Ritsuka asked.

"Take a look," Artoria pointed her finger forward. "This place, should be familiar to you, master,"

Currently, the crew was stranded on top of a hill, a hill that show a clear sight of a fortress, Ritsuka stood up, and scratchs the back of his head. That fortress was very familiar to him, as that was the exact fortress he had encounter back at the Seventh Singularity. A timeline where the King of Heroes reign, and where he had fought agaisnt Beast II, the Primodial Mother.

"Uruk," Ritsuka said in awe.

"The Grail that the female Gilgamesh use, ended up creating, what I speculate a pseudo Singularity... I never thought, the Grail is that strong," Lancer Artoria muttered.

"We must find a way back, and end this pseudo Singularity," Artoria said. "But, most importantly, getting Shirou back!"

"Oh yeah! Shirou was with Gilgamesh back then," Ritsuka said.

"So, how do we get him back, exactly?" Mash asked.

"Hmm... We can either barch into Uruk, and demand him back, or we could..." Lancer Artoria couldn't even finished her sentence, as an explosion was set off in the Gate of Uruk. "What in the name of..."

Even though, they are quite far ahead from Uruk, Rituska and the rest, can see it, there was two woman infront of the Gate. Ritsuka already knew their identity from here, as he can clearly see it. The curly blond hair, and the twintail black hair.

"It's Ishtar and Astarte!" Mash call out.

"Damn... They beat us to it," Artoria muttered.

"Wait! You weren't planning to barge there, are you?" Ritsuka asked.

"If it mean, I can get Shirou back, then I gladly do it," Artoria said.

"Ah... Senpai, I think both Ishtar and Astarte aren't the only servant there," Mash said.

"What?" Ritsuka asked.

Mash then pointed her finger toward the gate, where the battle is ongoing, there, they can see, that Ushiwakamaru, Watanabe Tsuna, and Hijikata are engaging them in battle. And, it was a tense battle none the less, even though they outnumber both Ishtar and Astarte. Beating two Goddess, isn't anything easy to do, especially if one is an Archer, that can fly.

"They must be summoned by Gilgamesh, why else, would they fight both Ishtar and Astarte," Lancer Artoria said.

"I expect her to summon more though?" Artoria muttered.

"Well, we can't leave them behind, can't we?" Ritsuka said.

"Hm... They won't listen to reasons, master, they are to focus on rescuing Shirou. So I suggest, we don't particapate in their battle, until we see more servants," Lancer Artoria said.
