Danny's POV

I unlock the door and get inside. To my surprise, the lights are turned off. Was she so scared that she pretended not to be at home? "(Y/n)? Are you here?" I yell out but I don't get an answer. I walk over to my office door and unlock it for a moment to put my bag the. I'll wash them later. There was a loud knock on the door which catches my attention, but I was little hesitant to open it. (Y/n) wouldn't knock because this was her home and she knew where the other key was hidden, so this had to be someone else. But who would dare to come over here at this time.

I take my smaller pocket knife just in case that I would need it and put it in my back pocket. I walk over the door and open it only to see familiar asshole. "Hi there media boy. Is my lovely niece here? I want to speak with her for a moment." Geoffrey says before he just comes past me. I wanted to kill him right then and there but I couldn't take the risk that someone would see me killing him or that (Y/n) would come home right at the moment when I would be dragging his ugly corpse somewhere.

"She isn't home so you can just leave thank you." I snarl to him which makes him only laugh. "Why? Is she still upset because of my gift? It was just a little joke? God some people are just so serious." He says before he puts his stupid ass on MY couch. "What the hell do you want?" I say before I shut the door with a bang before I walk over to the hallway to block him for going there. I don't want him to snoop. He seems to laugh at my reaction and shrugs his shoulders. "Didn't I say? I needed to talk with her about her papa's will." I tilt my head in confusion. "Look, he probably left everything for his kids but since the other bitch is dead SHE gets everything which is kind of unfair."

I can't believe that a grown man would cry about something like this. What a pathetic loser. "So what? She needs that money doesn't she? Because, you know, the babies?" It was still a little bitter moment because my feelings about that were mixed. In the other hand, I loved the idea of continuing my bloodline but then in another hand they'll take priority to her over me which I didn't like. "So? I think you two have staple jobs. Kids aren't that expensive that you need millions of dollars!" I look at him in surprise. I knew that there was money but that much?

"Well then, they'll get the absolute best. I want my kids to be educated." He laughs and stands up. He looks around the house and just shrugs. "You know what is scary?" I didn't have time for this bullshit. "You know that you can leave because I don't want to..." He laughs at me before he continues. "That your parents are afraid of you. I don't know why but that's a BIG red flag." I feel my heart stop for a minute before calm myself. "Why is this important?" I question him but he just shrugs.

"I went there because there was some issues with my car. I remember that my brother used to say that your father was mechanic and I wanted to support smaller business." He takes a photo of (Y/n) and me from our prom. "What kind of son doesn't talk with his parents. You planning to repeat that circle? So your kids won't speak to you when they're grown up?" He puts the photo back before he just stares at me. "We had a little small talk and when I mentioned you, they went almost white and refused to speak about it. What happened?"

Before I could reach for the knife and kill him, the phone started to ring. We both stare at it for a moment before I just walk over to it. I pick it up and turn to look at him with a glare. "Hello?" I say while he just stands there with a smile on his face. "Hello! Is this Danny Johnson who I'm speaking with?" I hear a woman ask from the other end. I arc my brow as I listen to her. "Yes? Is there something that you need?" I was just confused.

"I'm calling from Rosewood's Memorial Hospital to inform you that (Y/n) has been brought here. You're listed as contact info so I wanted to inform you with." I feel little ill which was something that didn't happen to me often. "Wait? What?!" I say loudly which makes the woman on the other end little silent. "I'm sorry to inform you about this but don't worry. She'll get the best treatment in here. Come when you have time. We'll take care of her." I look at the time. It has been little over two hours since she left that house. "I'll be there soon."
