Notice Me
I see you walking down these hallways.
I know you don't know I'm here.
I've loved you since forever,
I've always held you dear.
It pains me that you think of me
As nothing but the wallpaper,
But please, once in your life,
Just notice me.
You're everywhere in my thoughts
I'm both happy and sad for this
To think you'll never get to know me
To think you'll be the one I miss.
This February Fourteenth,
You bestowed white roses on me
Absence is what they symbolise,
But I just wish you'd notice me.
I don't care if you love her more,
I just wish you'd know me.
To actually befriend me this time,
Please...
Just...
Notice me.
