That girl is an amazing fighter but she is hiding a big secret from her team (and that is the point that I stop talking before I spoil anything). In this time line the Avengers consist of Natasha, Tony, Thor, Steve, Bruce, Wanda, Clint, Falcon, Bucky and Peter P.
