Today was the second day of the rest week. Now since Melina and Y/n stayed up all night coloring two whole coloring books, which was a stupid idea because now their hands hurt and they were also very tired, they had nothing else to do. Their stupid decision led them having nothing else to do for the rest of their lives. That's kind of an exaggeration. For the rest of the week.
Y/n had borrowed one of Melina's fluffy blankets and was now sitting in the middle of the floor with the blanket wrapped around her like she was a burrito, staring at the woman. Melina was sitting in front of the girl, also impersonating a burrito, staring into the young girls eyes. Neither of them have blinked in the past two minutes.
"You're going to lose Melina."
"I didn't know this was a competition. I just thought we were being weirdos and staring at each other." Melina raised one eyebrow, still not blinking.
"Ha, yes that's totally what we're doing." Y/n scooted closer to the woman in front of her not looking away. "I'm still going to win." The young girl clapped in Melina's face, making her blink.
"Ha! I told you"
"That. Was. Cheating."
"No. It. Was. Not." Y/n inched her face closer to Melina's each word she said.
"Was." Melina slowly reached behind her trying to grab a pillow off of the floor.
"Was. Not. Vostokoff."
"Was. To. Ivanov."
"Was-" Melina hit her with the pillow. Y/n looked at the woman with her mouth open and her hand on her chest, acting offended.
"Oh, okay. You wanna play that game huh Vostokoff?" Y/n grabbed the pillow out of Melina's hand and threw it across the room. "Because we can." The young girl pushed the woman in front of her to the ground and got on top her her. Melina grabbed Y/n's arms and pushed the girl off of herself before tackling her to the floor. This went on for a few minutes before Melina got on top of Y/n and pinned her arms down.
"Ow. Melina, bruises..." Melina immediately got off of the girl letting her sit up straight.
"I'm sorry, i for-" Y/n pushed Melina and got back on top of her, pinning her arms above her head.
"You bitch..." Y/n stared at Melina's lips before she said something else. "I thought you were actually hurt." Y/n looked back into Melina's eyes before she noticed the young girl staring at her lips.
The young girl smirked before saying something. "No, I just like winning."
Melina raised an eyebrow. "Well, i can very clearly see that. I mean my arms are above my head right now and your knee is kind of digging into my thigh." Y/n moved her knee immediately, but didn't let go of the woman's wrists.
"Well shit. I thought that would make you let go of my wrists" Melina looked around the room, trying to look for something to grab, not that that was exactly possible right now. She looked back at the girl on top of her. Melina caught Y/n staring at her lips and smirked.
"What are you looking at..." Y/n looked back into Melina's eyes almost immediately. (i'm using this word too much)
"Umm. Uhh. Nothing?" Y/n almost got off of Melina before being pulled back on top of her. The young girl looked confusingly at the woman who was now back under her.
"No. You're warm, and I'm cold."
"Then get a blanket Melina."
"No."
"Well it kinda makes sense that your cold. You're wearing a tank top." Y/n traced her finger over Melina's tattoo on her collarbone. (Let's just pretend she had one okay?)
