Our Month (Althea x Shinpachi) [Modern Au]

Also Shinpachi is wearing one of those black shirts that stick to your body like a body suit but its a shirt and yeah he's also wearing gray sweatpants with white socks and black shoes. I imagine Althea wearing a minion shirt with black sweat pants and she's barefoot but you can also chose what she wears.)

Shinpachi was holding onto Althea's hand with a firm grip. He had a calm and collected look written on his face, but his heart was the complete opposite. He swore he could feel his heart beat by his esophagus. His face had a small subtle pink tint on his cheeks, but Althea couldn't notice it since she only had a view of the back of his head and muscular back. Even though the view Althea had was limited, she couldn't help but admire the muscles on this man. She also mentally praised how he had a nice plump ass as well. (This is cannon with the real Althea)

Althea was behind him trying to catch up with his long strides and held onto Shinpachi's hand with a gentle grip since Shinpachi was practically leading her to some place she had no idea where. As Althea broke her gaze from Shinpachi's back she took in her surrondings. They were walking on a dimly lit side walk with one to two cars passing on them on the road every now and then. As Althea was still looking around trying to find any signs that could tell her where they were, her suddenly came to a stop.

"We're here."

Althea heard Shinpachi's cool voice say, making her slowly turn her head towards his back once again. She tried to catch a glimpse of what was in front of him but was stopped by him blocking her view.

"Hey! What's your deal?"

"It's a suprise!"

Shinpachi turned towards her direction and gazed at her with a grin on his face. Althea suddenly realized how much taller Shinpachi actually was compared to her. Shinpachi was 5'11 (180 cm) while she was 5'7 (170 cm). Althea used to be taller then him up until middle school when he had a sudden growth sport.

"Close your eyes."

Althea was deep in thought and his sudden request made her face flustered.

"Huh?!"

"You trust me right?"

Althea slowly nodded while looking down at the ground. She felt her hands suddenly having a firm grip on Shinpachi's hands. She took a deep breath and shut her eyes. Her feet suddenly started to move by Shinpachi carefully guiding her to his mystery place. Before she knew it she felt her feet become weightless. Shinpachi was carrying her bridal style.

"Keep your eyes closed!"

Althea continued to keep her eyes shut, while she felt a nice breeze in her hair. By the sound that was coming from underneath Shinpachi's feet she knew they were going up a flight of wooden stairs. (She knew because she has a foot kink that is also cannon and knows everything about feet.) Althea suddenly felt weight return to her feet and felt a small hot breath near her ear.

"You can open your eyes now."

As she carefully opened her eyes she let out a gasp. In front of her was the most beautiful view ever.

"Where are we?"

"A hidden place I go to collect my thoughts sometimes. You're the only one who knows about it though."

Shinpachi raised his index finger against his lips indicating that he doesn't want Althea telling others about his sanctuary.

Althea smiled softly followed by a nod with a understanding tone. Althea then saw a swing behind Shinpachi causing her to get curious. Shinpachi followed her gaze to see what caught her attention.

"Oh the swing! I made that myself. Get on, I'll push you."

Althea gave a look at Shinpachi as if he just told her to go jump into a ditch full of rose bush thorns.

"I don't feel like dying today. Remember what happened with the last thing you built yourself?"

"Oh, come on that wasn't my fault! It was Gintoki and Kagura's creation mostly. See, I'll even test it for you."

Shinpachi starts to walk towards the swing and he takes a seat while pushing his feet on the ground to get some momentum so he can prove to Althea that he can trust her. When Shinpachi is finally in the air he looks over to Althea and lets out a big smile.

"See! It's perfect!"

Althea blushes intentionally when she sees Shinpachi's contagious grin.

"Okay, okay! Get off so I can try!" Althea yells towards Shinpachi so she can get his attention while he's in the air.

Shinpachi then jumps off while still in air and lands on his feet. Althea rolls her eyes.

"Show off."

She takes a seat on the swing and hears a crack. Before she knew it she was on the ground as the bottom piece of the swing broke off. Althea slowly turns her head to Shinpachi and eerily glares at him. Shinpachi had a worried expression on his face from the swing breaking and worrying if Althea got hurt, but he was the most worried about what Althea would do to him. Before he knew it his feet started to run on their own, and Althea close behind him with a big tree branch.

Despite Shinpachi running like his life depended on it, he had to admit that it felt great to finally be human again. Shinpachi was constantly in the hospital and worried that he wouldn't get to run around with the Odd Jobs club again. Shinpachi let out a loud laugh as he crashed to the ground. As he tumbled down this made Althea alarmed. She chucked the branch away and quickly ran to his aid. Shinpachi was laying there with sweat rolling down his face and his arm carefully placed on his eyes while he continued to laugh. Althea let out a relived sigh as she realized that he didn't collapse because of his illness.

"You idiot! I thought you were dying."

"I'm a widow. In the forest. Yeah~~ life goes on."

"Boy what the hell."

Althea couldn't break her eyes from his chest as she watched carefully seeing his chest rise and fall after every laugh that escaped his lips. Her face had a bright pink tint.

"Want to touch it?"

Althea heard a small hum escape her lips without realizing. Shinpachi let out a laugh again and sat up.

"Wait. No!" (Got my heart for Hannah ma. Void)

Shinpachi cupped her face gently like he was holding a baby bunny. (bro im asexual and idk how to write this without wanting to scoop out my eyes with spoons) Her carefully looked into her eyes and she did the same. Althea's eyes then went wide. Shinpachi was placing his soft lips on her crusty lips. She then slowly closed her eyes and put her hands on his shoulders.

As Shinpachi pulled away he softly smiled. Althea did the same as her cheeks were beat red.

"There's another place I'd like to show you."

Shinpachi softly said. Althea nodded as she got up and helped the man she loved up as well.

Shinpachi firmly gripped her hands again and guided her to a even more secluded area. In front of Althea was the same beautiful fields but this time in the middle of the field there was a small house that looked like it was carefully placed.

"Let's go."
