All around CHB people talked about how pretty Percy's eyes were. But after the Giant war they were never the same. They were shattered from seeing more than any mortal should see, heck more than any god should see. He'd faced Tartarus and seen so many of his friends die. Everyone held so much respect for him. Percy hid all his pain and suffering behind those shattered eyes. On the outside he was just as silly and seaweed brainy as he used to be. No one saw through his act except for Grover, Annabeth and his mother. Because they knew him better than anyone.
