Chapter 13

"Where have you been last night? We were so worried about you. I was so close to reporting to the police." Miyeon said in the most dramatic way that Yuqi snorted at how Miyeon was so dramatic about it. Miyeon glared at Yuqi that completely made the Beijing puppy to just shut her mouth.

Yes they were worried but it was a total lie that the eldest almost report to the police. The oldie is just being dramatic.

But the others feel like they are also being scolded by as they silently listen focusing onto somewhere else, meanwhile Shuhua felt really sorry for not informing them beforehand she knows that she should've informed them first.

This just made her realize that she's not alone now most especially that she have Minnie and Yuqi inside the dorm.

"I promise I won't do that again." Shuhua sincerely said. "You really should or I'll hunt you down by the way can we all please exchange numbers. We all have phones so I think we need to make use of it." Miyeon uttered.

This is the third time that they didn't know how to connect with Shuhua because no one have her phone number well except for the university since it is needed.

Shuhua's last class for the afternoon was cancelled so here she is with Soojin inside the cafeteria. She just actually spotted the cherry girl quietly eating some fries while doing some paper works.

"So you're close to Seulgi unnie also?" Soojin asks lifting up her head to look at Shuhua. "You could say that we are I guess." Soojin arched an eyebrow at Shuhua's unsure answer to her.

"Anyway are you okay?" Shuhua blurted out getting Soojin's attention. "Yeah of course." Soojin andwered calmly. "Are you sure?" Shuhua wanted to make sure that her friend is okay because just like what she said four years ago.

She needs to make sure that Soojin is not hurt in any way.

Seeing that Soojin was being true and genuine about her answer she just let it go. She still have an hour before classes completely ends.

And she made a mental note to inform Minnie and Yuqi first because she doesn't know how long will she stay there. Ms. Bae already sent her the location and in fact Ms. Bae is coming with her because basically Yeh Shuhua is important person that needs to be taken care of.

"What are you working on?" Shuhua asks trying to peek at what Soojin is doing. "Just checking if there are some errors. This is the final output so I have to make sure that there isn't any mistakes at all." Soojin answered, her eyes focused on the paper.

Shuhua decided to take out the book that she's been reading, the same book when they were in Busan.

"Just tell me if you need help. I'll gladly help you." Shuhua said before immersing herself to her book. Soojin smiled nodding her head.

The cafeteria isn't one of the best places to study especially if it's crowded but for this late afternoon the always crowded cafeteria has lesser people inside right now.

Shuhua has been carrying this book since she entered college life and she can say that it made her feel things, made her realize some things and funny how she used the words in the book into replying to the confession of the people interested to her.

'Do not fall in love with me'

That phrase was actually from the book she's reading, she can relate to the next sentences like it was her own story.
