Though Michael was still stressed, angered, and depressed over this; business went on as usual. He was meeting up with Andrueis for building plans for a new factory at the very warehouse of torture, in the ballroom though.

"Michael, my friend how are you?"

"I could be better Andrueis," he sat at the table.

"And Janet,"

"She's still not responsive...but, how are the building plans?"

"It should be up and running within the week," he gave a smile. Michael normally deals with grief by working hard. It's not that he didn't care, it was just his way of dealing with it.

"Great...," he looked down at his watch as it struck 2:30. He had to head over to the hospital for a Family meeting.

"Well, I have to get going," he stood, and shook his hand, then went downstairs through the door.

"Boss?" he turned to see Mac along with a few others standing behind him.

"Yes?"

"We've tried everything to get him to talk. He just won't do it,"

"Keep trying. I am not going to give up that easily," one of them smirked, a brown haired man.

"What's so funny?" Mac asked.

"Why? He won't say anything," he was a Russian.

"How do you know?" Mac and a few others glared at him.

"If he works for the guy that did this, then he knows to keep his trap shut,"

"I don't have time for this," Michael walked out to his car, and drove to the hospital. He saw that everyone was there already. He entered through the doors, and saw Erin. She looked up and blushed in embarrassment.

"Erin...I'm sorry about that...I-,"

"It's alright Michael; it was an accident," she smiled timidly. Michael smiled, then saw the bruise on her cheek, covered by make-up.

"What happened to you?"

"What do you mean?" he reached his hand over to her cheek, and she turned even more red. She flinched as he touched her still tender cheek.

"Erin. Did he hit you?"

"N-no...I fell. It's nothing Michael," she answered. Michael knew she had a boyfriend named Terrance. He met him once, and he didn't like him much.

"Erin," Her tears fell. She wiped her eyes with a tissue.

"I don't know what to do,"

"You have to get away from him Erin,"

"I can't. He put a tracking device in my arm, and if it's removed, he'll be notified. I tried and he always found me!! There's nothing I an do,"  she wept. Michael walked behind her desk, and hugged her.

"I'll help you," he said. She looked up at him, and a smile came on her face.

"You will?"

"Yes. No one deserves to go through that, especially not someone as pretty as you," She blushed, and cuddled into his chest. This caught Michael off guard, but he liked it...and so did she.

"Don't go home. You're coming with me, and we'll take care of it,"

"But he'll know, and he might-"

"He can't do anything to me. Nor you either, not any more,"

"You're a good man. Your Family's waiting for you in her room," he nodded, and let her get back to work. He went to the elevator, and pushed for the second floor, and followed his usual way to get to her room. He entered to everyone standing around her, holding hands and praying. He took off his hat, and waited quietly in the doorway.
